I asked them for help several times, but they showed no interest in assisting me and made me feel like I didn't matter as a customer. I hope the management provides better customer service training because this experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

While traveling to Yellowstone National Park, we stopped in Livingston before heading out to…read moreYellowstone. This particular Subway was in close proximity to the hotel we were staying at which was very convenient. I stopped here with my daughter to grab a couple sandwiches to bring back to the hotel. The girl working at the counter made eye contact but didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in, and it took about a minute before she asked what I wanted. She was very skimpy with the sandwich toppings and sloppy with how she put them on the bread. She squirted an ungodly amount of mayonnaise and mustard on and before I even got it back to the hotel, it had leaked from the paper wrapping. All in all, the service was lacking and so was the minimal effort required to make the sandwiches I ordered. The restaurant could use some updating but appeared to be clean from what I saw.

Originally I just wanted ice cream, but a well-placed sign inside advertising the shrimp basket hooked me (pun intended). Considering I heard three other people comment on the shrimp basket when they entered, apparently this was generating quite the buzz, pfft. I was impressed how quickly the employees were able to keep up with all the orders that were placed in such a short time period, including the busy drive thru. Our food was ready quickly and was hot, fresh, and delicious! The interior is fairly small with six tables. There's also a couple outdoor tables out back. Small parking lot in front, but more spaces to park in back. Bathrooms were serviceable, nothing great, single occupant. Free style machine was a nice bonus.

The eggs were still placed on the plate making part of the meal inedible where the eggs had soaked in. Oh well, I take responsibility for not being more clear about the separate plate. A bigger problem at this location is how difficult it is to get in and out of the parking lot. This is not a unique problem with Livingston businesses near the on/off interstate ramps. What was surprising is that we were here during October when you'd expect easier access to businesses.
