Two bounce houses collapse on kids inside. Panic and screaming to get out. Staff member standing there doing nothing.

After talking to management and getting an apology the manager said she'd send passes for Child. Well, they never came. I wouldn't trust this place. Promises and cleaning concerns not trustworthy.

    Jumping area

Open wires, open plugs, stuff on the floor, half the people walking around with shoes, most of the jumpers are either leaking air or look really beat up.....this sums up the issues. The idea is good, the kids did have fun but it is concerning to know that these jumpers are really old and a hazard. I would not recommend this place.

They plattered the cupcakes and has a platter for me then put all of the toppers on for me!

We had a party. And they made my life easy. There were about 18 excited 4 and 5 year olds and they ran, bounced, maybe some screamed (with joy of course) but in the end there were happy (and tired) kids, content parents, leftover pizzas packed up for us, all gifts set to go and assistance offered for loading the car. We arrived early because the hubs did not pay enough attention when I told him start time. But the let my birthday girl go and start bouncing 45 min early and me to get all of the items I had brought in and refrigerated things that needed it. There were plenty of carts for load in and they offered to help me but I needed to get some of my energy out too. There was bin for kids to put gifts and coats and a cart for shoes. All of these items "magically" appear in your party room at the end with the boats hung up and shoes lines along the wall. My party manager told my goodie bags and pumpkins (see pics) and set them all up for me. He even took the homemade cupcake toppers and added them to all the cupcakes and plattered then (they supplied a platter as I forgot one). He also set out the juices and mummy applesauces I had (again see pics) and set up water and some other things I had brought for people. I really didn't have to do anything, but I am not used to that..., I kept popping in the room to check on things and it was always great. I should have spent more time with the parents laughing as the kids wore themselves out. The pizza they supply was great and many parents complimented it. Thank you again for making it easy on me and making a little bounce house freak have a great 5th birthday. I wish I got more pics of kids bouncing but they were all to fast and everywhere!

My daughter enjoyed her birthday here so much last year we did a second party. This time was an even better experience than the last. Our party coordinator was so helpful and I trusted her completely to take over and make everything run smooth. I honestly am a control freak so party coordinators annoy me. While I did question my coordinator a few times she always made sense of why she was doing what she was doing. Next party I will request a room with her and let her do her job without me questioning. She was so on top of it all. Thank you for making Ileana's last two parties amazing we are very happy with our experience. I will update this review once I get my coordinators name. She deserves a shout out and s million dollar raise. ;)

We called all day and no answer! My friend wrote to them on IG and they said just show up. They open at 9:00am, I called when we got there at 9:30 (per instructions on the door) and the lady said she would be there at 9:45 so give her a couple of minutes. I imagine due to covid they're short staffed / don't have as many kiddos going in, so it didn't deter us much, but just something to note. We would still happily return! I think what this owner needs to recognize is stomping around in stilettos like Miss Hannigan from Annie isn't an appropriate way to conduct business with children or an adult who chose your venue to host their child's party. There are companies that will bring play areas to your yard. Check instagram. I've seen Fit City Kids, having lived fewer than two miles away, but this was our first visit and it was great. The entrance fee wasn't bad, especially since one can stay for the full open play time. They have several different areas for play. There is a basketball court area, a play soccer field, gymnastics space, and an indoor playground. There's also a small area that is specifically designed for children aged three and under, although we were told that kids can play in any section (except for the bounce house, which is for the private parties). Our one year olds mostly played in the soccer area, having fun just running around. There's one half of the place where you can wear shoes or not (the basketball/soccer areas) and then in the other half you may not wear shoes. There are one or more party rooms in the back of the facility. (I'm not sure if they overlap parties or not; there were four happening on the day we were here.) Food is not permitted in the facility except for in the party rooms or in the front "lobby" area. They have a few snacks for sale, and based upon the water I bought for my babe the prices don't seem ridiculous. I really appreciate that they don't appear to have any restrictions on bring your own snacks and water, just asking that you respect the areas in which you can eat them. They don't have a water fountain (unless I just wasn't looking in the right places) so bring your own drinks. One downside is that I found only one changing station in the entire place. Don't look for it in the women's room (or probably the men's room, either, I'd expect) but in the individual gender neutral bathroom. With the number of children who might be here at any time and the age ranges they welcome, I was really surprised to see just the one. On the other hand, it was an actual changing table rather than a station that is bolted into the wall and folds down, which always make me a little nervous. They also don't have much space for parents to sit. There are some tables in the "lobby" and a few benches outside the various play areas, but it might be difficult for someone who needs a chair/seat, or someone who's disabled, especially if they want to be closer to the activity areas and keep an eye on their children. Another thing they need to work on is the parking lot. Their parking lot is really large, especially for Lincoln Square--and it's free!--so that's all to the good. Ideally they'd have straight parking spaces since that allows for the most spots; the lot is a bit narrow, so they've opted for diagonal with a few straight. But they need to paint the lot! Driving through this lot was difficult because people parked like they've never parked before. We will definitely return. There are several indoor playgrounds around and I'd like to try the different ones that offer entrance to kids as young as mine in part so we can figure out which are our favorites. But after my experience here I imagine we may be purchasing a membership in the future.

The front desk, younger man and older woman, were nice and answered my questions. The young woman working the food court was also nice. 20-25 minute wait for hot dog and 2 fries. She apologized and explained the oven is not very good. I saw her always checking to see if our food was ready but it really did take 20 mins. This place definitely needs to get that upgraded. When we first got in my son immediately saw the rock climbing. I saw a worker in there and asked if we needed to pay extra. We did so we went back to the front desk to pay for it. We went back to climb but the worker was gone. The only other worker we saw was a gentleman with an AirPod in his ear periodically checking his phone. We kept checking the rock climbing area and no one ever came back. After an hour I asked the front desk and they said to ask any worker with a blue tee. So I asked the young man with the AirPod who was actually very helpful and patient as my son spent at least 30 mins with him in the rock climbing area. At some point we made our way to the trampoline area behind the princess bouncy house where I saw the original woman worker who was in the rock climbing area sitting on a bench outside the area, one arm in her sweater and the other using her phone. She was mostly talking to another young man who could have possibly been a worker off the shift as he was holding a blue shirt. I wouldn't have known she was a worker if I had not seen her earlier. Later on I saw another young gentleman who was on his phone with an AirPod in as well sitting on the bench near the basketball area. I had no idea he was a worker until he stood up and walked away (holding his phone) and saw the back of his tee. The rugs and floors and most tables are filthy with tons of black gum stuck to it. Idk why this place allows people to wear shoes where socks are mandatory for people jumping. It's disgusting Other Pros: at least when we went, although little staff present, kids and families were respectful. It wasn't a busy place and I was allowed to go jump without being in the way of anyone. Lockers are only 50 cents. It's a nice atmosphere but there's a lot of polishing up that needs to be done. I've never seen another attraction like that. There's also a large play structure with stairs and slides and a zipline and tunnels and such. Another area has the popular giant foam building blocks. There are two large inflatable-surrounded trampolines. Next Level has a small play area for very little kids - the other attractions are probably too tricky unless your kid has a great sense of balance and agility. I appreciated that they had a small air hockey table available for $1 per play. The larger air hockey table is $2 to play. The seating area has mostly large picnic-style tables. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The bathroom even smelled like cleaning products, which is a great sign. The price is reasonable, but I docked a star because they don't allow outside food. The perfect play place allows for snacks to keep the kiddos fueled up. I would say some parents there were too comfortable and they were on their phones while the kids were left unattended for a little bit... There are a theater stage, a walkway leading to a small slide, climbing obstacles, a fun selfie station and an infant playground. There is not much else, so don't make a long trip coming here. There is a designated stroller parking and shoes are asked to be taken off. I saw most kids do that, yet the parents were walking with shoes on. I wasn't sure what the policy really was. Certainly everyone's shoes should be dirty enough and shouldn't be worn on this relatively clean area. Our 2-year old toddler had fun.
