John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. The tent was sturdy, the heater setup was excellent, and everything looked great. Sometimes she's a little hard to get a hold of/to get to call you back, however she ALWAYS comes through in the clutch. She is a very busy lady, and has at least 1 wedding every weekend, but when it comes to the date of your event, you feel like you are the only one. I don't know what I would have done without this woman, I shudder at the thought. I can't thank Shobha enough for all of her help, her calm demeanor, and her keeping me sane.
