I brought my kids (11,8,1) here for Halloween. Although there really isn't an area for toddlers my 1 yr old is fearless.with that being said. My 1 yr old took off too where the older kids was. I had just purchased a slushy after waiting almost 25 mins for it. Either the workers was high or simply don't have the best customer service skills. Now my 1yr old takes off. My first reaction is to go get him before he hurts himself or one of the older kids do. Walked about 10ft from the concession stand. Before I was approached by a young lady in a mini mouse suit. She then stated that I couldn't be on the floor with a cup. Response, I understand I'm just trying to get my son that's right behind you before he gets hurt! Literally too two steps to grab my son, as I turned around there was another young man whom Minnie told to get me telling me NOw that I have to go towards the door with my cup. I'm assuming there telling me I had to leave, my things was on the complete opposite of the door. At this point my 1yr takes off again. As I tried to get him. 2 more ppl are approaching me. The same 2workers I walked passed to enter the area.. Ganging up on me as if I've really done something. Demanding me to go toward the door WITHOUT MY CHILD! like wtf he's 1. Now I'm starting to get a lil upset. What am I going by the door? Can I tell my kids, can I get my 1yr old whom at this point idk where he is... 4ppl are surrounding me, NOW THIS SORRY SERCURITY APPROACHES ME AND TELLS ME THAT HEs THE ONE WHO MADE THE "EXECUTIVE DECISION TO REMOVE ME" lol. Now I'm baffled, snd I can read. I'm a paying customer who read the signs. I am also trying to be responsible for my children.. I told this rented cop that I read the signs. The sign says not to be on the blue floor with drinks or food. Then I asked him what color was the floor that we were standing on? He had to laugh himself. I threw my daughter's first bday at the old location back in 2012. I wanted to see if this would be the place I was going to have my son's 2nd bday at! Well not anymore! Staff just rude ! Customer service needs to be worked on. Wouldn't want this energy around my party or kids..

Just out for a quick run

I have to review this place because it has such mixed reviews. I'm not a fan of inflatables places overall. I think they're typically overpriced, not well managed, unsafe and unsanitary. BUT I didn't mind Jump n' Jam Playland and I went in with low expectations based on other reviews. My friend had her daughter's 3rd birthday party here. Yes, it's in an industrial park and parking isn't the greatest but that's true for most of these businesses. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The large green area where the jumpers are is a no shoe zone and the rest of the place seemed clean enough. There were times when - chasing my daughter - I had to walk on the main floor and it wasn't gross or sticky or anything. My daughter is only 2 and while she loves inflatables, I'm terrified she'll get stomped or otherwise injured. Jump n jam had one small bouncy for kids 3 years old and under that made me feel a lot better. Of course my girl like slides so she wanted to be on the bigger ones most of the time. Staff didn't do much to monitor the inflatables area for safety issues so parents did. The staff is basically kids themselves so I'm not sure they would even know how to maintain safety. This facility also offered extras like balls, tug-of-war rope, toys, a basketball hoop, face painting and characters. The birthday girl was scared of the character my friend got last year so she didn't opt for one this year. And my girl was scared of the airbrush that they use for face painting so no on that. But they both enjoyed all the playing options. The music was also really good. They had several dance parties. We were there on a Sunday afternoon yet it was thankfully not busy. Maybe 2 other parties, but once 3:30pm hit there was definitely a changeover and about 6 large parties showed up. I'm glad we were there early. I can't speak to the food prices since I was with a party. But our party and the next one over had Beggars pizza. Not sure if that was catered through the facility but if it was that's an A+ in my book. I also didn't use the bathrooms so I can't speak to the cleanliness there. Overall, not a bad place for a kids party.

I just turned 46 and decided to celebrate my birthday by being a kid again! I reached out to Jump and Jam to see if it was possible to use the facility after hours and all was a go! The staff at Jump and Jam were so professional and accommodating as we had a ton of questions and had to make several calls regarding safety, square footage, availability of electrical sockets...and so on. The night of the event, the staff was on hand and available helping out when needed. The rooms were clean and their part of the set up was complete. I would definitely recommend Jump and Jam for an event. Follow #letsglowcrazy to see all the fun we had that night.

My daughter was invited to a party here today and it really was a great time. The staff was friendly, the place is jamming and it's actually a pretty big place. They cater from Beggers which is a plus. Well you can't go wrong with pizza. Will go back just for my kids to have a good time.

Lots of bouncers to pick from. All accommodate an adult following their young child. Very colorful and inviting

Went here again since the weather was not good to play outside. Parking was good,we got a spot near the entrance. It was a little more crowded but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Big surprise! Jump zone was giving out ice cream to the kids! What a nice treat...... even grandmas that love ice cream were able to have some........yum yum. We stayed as long as a three year old could tolerate and the adults were exhausted from following and participating in all the bouncers. This is a great place to take your 2-10 year olds. Definitely keeps everyone busy. Recommend this place no matter what the weather.

    Officer

This security officer harassed me the entire night at this establishment and stood here for 15 min over a cup of ice and juice .After the assistant just told me I can keep my cup.and says "oh baby you pregnant I'm sorry keep the cup" He calls her over to get her point of view and she lies and says I just told you can have the cup sitting next to you I didn't say you can drink it .ummm what did you think I was gonna do with the cup ? Eat it?. I can't believe they put this much energy into someone with a disability telling me I have to get out the area my kids are playing in because I'm trying to stay hydrated while pregnant . The manager says it wouldn't be fair to let you drink and not the others . No you can do your job and tell them she is pregnant and you aren't ! That's simple. I will never patronize this place ever. If you want to be treated like you a criminal at 8 months pregnant trying to have a good time with your kids come here .

This toddler area is pretty pathetic.

I thought the toddler area was better? Every toy is broken and or out of batteries. That definitely needs to be improved. Maybe some of those activity centers made out of mat material with the climbing stairs and the little slides. My baby is bored. I need a place that accommodates my older child and my baby.

My grand kids love this place. I just think they need more comfortable seats for the grown folks who aren't jumping.

They're under construction so as I walked in the guest locker room there is water all over the floor and every aisle in elderly people walking through the water people get dressed, talking loud in water trying to get to their lockers. Honestly, he helped keep me on track with all of the planning besides his own responsibilities. He made sure I had everything else lined up as well, which was really appreciated. Not only did he keep the music going all night but he also did tons of background work to make sure everything ran smoothly. He coordinated with the photographer and caterer to make the entire event run seamlessly. We had to swap out decorations in between the ceremony and receptions because it was held at the same venue and he even helped with that! I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service. He was worth every penny. All of his equipment is very high quality and most if it is wireless, which affords him a lot of flexibility to equipment location. He is very familiar with all of the equipment. Not once was there any feedback from any of the microphones or complaints about the sound being too soft or loud. The music always flowed well from one song into the next, which kept the dance floor full and active. That is not just my opinion. He was also complemented by several guests across all aspects of his work, lighting, music, coordination and general helpfulness. If I have missed something, it is safe to say that he also did that exceedingly well too. My only regret is not getting these reviews done sooner. He really does deserve it!
