We had to physically go to the location to find someone to reserve the slide. Then they delivered at random the day before with no one home and it was the WRONG SLIDE! After calling with no answers or returned calls we just had to make it work. Last time we will use them.

I was throwing a big party, and the day before the event we walked through the venue and found…read more*horrible* chairs. Yikes. I called an event firm, and they recommend Elegant Chair Covers. Anna answered the phone right away, I explained my dilemma, and she reassuringly put me at ease. "No problem, we can do this. It will be ok!" We then worked out the details. It was only about $2/chair and she said she could even drop them off and set them up for $65. Priceless in my opinion! We emailed her a picture of the chairs so she knew the shape. We told her the address and the time, and she was there next day ontime! Effortless. We went from panic to reassurance in 20min. Seriously. Covers were very nice and added a ton of class to the event. Clean, not wrinkled, and we had a laundry bag to load them into afterwards. I dropped them off the next day bc I was in the area and paid her by check. She gave an invoice and it was that easy! Her store is in an industrial Park type area and she has a small store with some displays, a nice comfy office to make decisions, and then the warehouse with stock next door. When I went they were loading up, and I could see rows of colorful fabric, all hung and nicely folded. Although clearly a busy woman she is amazingly reposive by phone and email, and takes the time to talk to you without rushing you. During my stressful time really put me at ease. and unlike many vendors, she didn't make me feel like she was doing me a favor--even though she was!! I also bet she is an amazing event decorator, so maybe start with her first for party planning and to map a vision for the event. Then have her set you up with other good vendors.

I came in today with themes of ideas hoping that this business can help showcase some ideas of the elements that I present. I thought that is a fair request being this is their claimed speciality. The woman who was there to help, Anna, was not pleasant. She wanted concrete set ideas and told me, "My problem is you don't know what you want." This is only one of the other rude things I can name. I was standing there self soothing myself and at the same time feeling like I needed to use de-escalation skills that I teach at work. It seems all so ridiculous! As a business, wouldn't you think that a place would try to build rapport with you? Her tone was intense and did not fit the joyful energy I would want when planning for a wedding. I couldn't take it after a while. I am at least glad I made her aware that her tone was not appreciated and that I am leaving. I would not come back and I would not recommend for those still building the vision of your event.

This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.

I must have had him move the houses 1/2 a dozen times trying to find the right spot for the houses and he was very patient and accommodating. He brought everything he needed with him down to the extension cords and found the perfect place to plug everything out of the way. He was also very punctual picking up everything up the following day and swift in doing so unlike the other company we used for concession machines. Will definitely be using him for future parties:-)
