I found out after calling to confirm my order, because when I was checking out online, it took me to a page that had no confirmation of my order. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. In the end, I paid the extra charge for delivery, because I had no means of getting it to the venue. It was worth it. The kids and adults loved the cotton candy! The machines were clean and the delivery guys were great. They asked where I wanted the machines set up and they showed me how to use them. Purim, which draws over 600 attendees and charges admission, we booked two major attractions: a mechanical inflatable and their massive funhouse maze. These weren't add-ons--they were central to the event's design, marketing, and execution. The maze alone involved live actors, scripted tour guides, coordinated timing, and trained volunteers. It was a significant production. Per their process, we expected confirmation communication ahead of the event and a check-in call within 24 hours prior. While I did receive an initial confirmation email, I never received the day-before call. Given my past positive experiences, I didn't think much of it. The morning of the event told a different story. By 7:00 AM (two hours before doors), I had received no communication. I began reaching out--calls, voicemail, text, and email--without any response. At 8:45 AM, just 15 minutes before doors opened, I finally received a call informing me that their truck wouldn't start and they would not be coming. There was no proactive outreach, no contingency plan, and no apology. We had no choice but to pivot in real time and rework the event experience on the fly. While the event still moved forward, it created unnecessary stress, confusion, and reputational risk for our organization. When you're running a paid, large-scale event with hundreds of attendees, reliability isn't optional--it's foundational. I followed up the next day through their feedback system. I was told someone would be in touch. That follow-up never came--no apology, no acknowledgment, no attempt to make the situation right. This wasn't just a logistical miss--it was a breakdown in communication, professionalism, and accountability at every level that mattered. Given how critical these rentals were to the success of our event, this experience was deeply disappointing. Canceled the outdoor portion due to weather 2 weeks prior to the event and instead of charging a cancelation fee and returning the remaining portion of the deposit $280. John kept the entire deposit, blocked me to avoid any additional conversation while I was trying to get clarification and recalled the previously emailed contract for reference, which did not specify that cancelation would forfeit the deposit. Sad but bitter end to me being a loyal customer. Thereby saying, be sure to lock in before you book, otherwise your deposit will NOT be refunded.

We were terrified to have our guest sit on them at risk for tetanus and didn't put them to any use. The tables weren't going to let the chair steal the show on filth. They were uniquely nasty. There is no reason to patronize this company, they are scamming customers in providing the worst product coupled with nonexistent customer service. .
