The owner and workers lie and tell different stories. I had to repeatedly text, call... to even find out when my order was coming. It was delivered over 24 hours after I was told AND a half hour past the start of my party. They were supposed to pick up on Tuesday. I text 2 different times and people and then get a text that they will pick them up in a half hour on a Friday night! Then I said no, come Sunday, I am busy. I get a NASTY text saying they will charge me again and that they attempted to pick up the order on 3 other occasions!! Lies!! We have a ring camera, and they never came or attempted to reach me to tell me they were coming!! On top of that, belittled me for putting them in my garage, so they wouldn't get ruined or stolen. I will tell every person who listens to me how awful this company is and how undependable they are. You couldn't pay me to use them. Buyer beware.

They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. Canceled the outdoor portion due to weather 2 weeks prior to the event and instead of charging a cancelation fee and returning the remaining portion of the deposit $280. John kept the entire deposit, blocked me to avoid any additional conversation while I was trying to get clarification and recalled the previously emailed contract for reference, which did not specify that cancelation would forfeit the deposit. Sad but bitter end to me being a loyal customer. Thereby saying, be sure to lock in before you book, otherwise your deposit will NOT be refunded.
