The first year we were uncertain if a certain size water slide was big enough and they offered to set it up and if it wasn't what we wanted they would show us alternative options and go back to get a different one if we wanted. Last year we ordered a different set up entirely, and same offer. This year we added canopies, tables and chairs on top of the same jumper from last year. They were on top, had a quick set up and left us panels for the canopies just in case we'd need them. Pick up this morning was just as seamless. (We sent them this exact message as well) "Here is a list of what happened yesterday that made our day incredibly difficult for unnecessary reasons: -arrival was supposed to be 7am, you arrived after 9. -you left during setup and returned with brand new tents that you did not know how to setup -our entire wedding party spent time helping you build the tents instead of enjoying the weeding moments. They actually had to be excused from their professional photos because they were instead helping build tents. -you asked US for sand bags. We clearly would not have that. That is something you should have had -none of the tents were secured. With the known weather, that proved to be incredibly dangerous. -multiple guests during the ceremony had to hang onto tents because they were flying away. - the lights were not set up properly. It was clear you didn't know how to do it. Our event location coordinator had to go back into the tents and re string every single one. -our event coordinator saves the night by getting sandbags he luckily had in his shed and we had to set them up and zip tie them to all the tent poles. -MOST IMPORTANTLY, it was not done on time. I cannot tell you the horrible position this put us on on our wedding day. We had to literally throw table setups together 5 min before the ceremony instead of enjoying this special wedding moment. I cannot stress enough that this was the part that should have never happened. If they had been done in time, with proper setup BY YOUR TEAM, then everything would have been done as agreed upon. But that did not happen." We attempted to come to an agreement with them in which they refused and made false claims. We have photo proof of everything we stated as well as over 150 guests that witnessed this and a handful of amazing vendors that had to step up due to valley premium rentals shortcomings. Do not book through them if it's an important day to you!! Hope they can learn to run a business properly and realize what it takes to be in the event industry.

When they arrived they showed up with 1 tent which took them 2.5 hours to install then left to get another tent and our wedding party had to help install it so we could start the wedding on time. The wedding started with them still installing a tent. We tried to work with them to resolve a fair payment after many issues and they would not agree wanted payment in full. The tents were not secured properly and when the wind picked up the guest at the wedding were holding the tents so they wouldn't blow away. Just sad the bride and groom had to worry about the guest durning the ceremony then deal with all this the last few days after the wedding. Please DO NOT RENT TENTS from this company. They do not know what they are doing!!!
