Good pizza, good dinners. I will say where Julio's make the biggest impact is in the community, frequently hosting fundraisers and showing up when needed. During a recent power outage, they expanded the delivery radius of their Keansburg store well beyond their means to accommodate people without power. One thing to watch out for...I have had individual slices in store that aren't great, go for the fresh, whole pie when possible. read more

Tasty thin crust pizza. Flavorful toppings, good char (I do ask for well done), fairly priced.

Delicious pizza, a true "New York" slice! Thin crust, perfectly crispy and a perfect balance of sauce and cheese! Friendly staff and very fair pricing. Will be back to try other slices! read more

Julio's Pizza Co. is a total gem. If you're a pizza lover who appreciates creativity and quality, this place needs to be on your radar ASAP. I ordered the Margherita pizza, but with a twist--I asked for it "drunk with vodka sauce" (yes, that's a thing here and yes, it's as amazing as it sounds). The result? Absolute heaven in pizza form. The Margherita itself is a classic done right--fresh mozzarella, vibrant basil, and that perfect crust with a crisp bottom and soft chew. But when you add their rich, creamy vodka sauce to the mix? Game over. It added a luxurious, slightly tangy depth that made every bite ridiculously satisfying. It's like the pizza went to a party, had a great time, and came out better for it. The vibe inside Julio's is relaxed and welcoming, with staff that are super friendly and totally cool with custom requests (shout-out to them for not batting an eye at my "drunk" order ). You can tell they take pride in what they serve--and it shows. Whether you're a local or just visiting Asbury Park, Julio's Pizza Co. is a must-try. I'll definitely be back to try more--and probably get my pizza drunk again. read more

Adequate. Nothing bad just nothing special. Pretty normal for this area from my experience so you aren't passing up any other magic in the immediate vicinity. So, if you need pizza for the sake of needing pizza, this is a serviceable spot. read more

Great delivery. Great food. Meatball pizza was delicious. Spinach salad was fresh and tasty.

Small pizza shop in like the downtown area of Atlantic Highlands. Placed the order and it was ready waiting for us when we got there. The guys working there were very helpful and nice! They offered us a military discount on our order which I respected greatly! The pizza mmm mmm mmm. The cheese sticks were made perfect, and the wings were finger licking! A great late night dinner! Would highly recommend ordering from this spot! read more

So glad I stumbled into this place during my visit to the Atlantic Highlands! I was so hungry and wanted something quick to eat. I happened to walk by and decided to have a slice of plain pizza. Although it was a little cluttered inside, the pizza was good. I then decided to get a Buffalo slice, which was really good as well. read more

We have been getting pizza from Julio's since they opened and always enjoyed it. The last couple of times has been extremely disappointing & way over priced 48.00 for a xl cheese & large white. The place does not look clean like it used to & one of the workers kept sneezing all over the pizza boxes! Disgusting & Disappointed won't be back. read more

We like Julio's Pizza the best in Atlantic Highlands for take out using the Slice app!

Awesome crust! I am in sales and eat out quite a bit. This pizza has the best crust I have had. Definitely a must try.

Outstanding pizza at Julios! Fresh ingredients & cooked to perfection. You can get their regular pizza or for the same price request their thin crust pizza. Both are very good, your choice is a matter of personal preference. My preference is the thin crust pizza as the quality, taste & crisp is right up there with the best NJ pizzas. Give it a try you wont regret it! read more

Such a wonderful experience! Ordered the Cubano and Pepperoni personal pies and a Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken on the salad was particularly juicy and delicious, definitely a step up from other NJ pizza joints. A friend of ours at the brewery nearby sung the praises of this place, especially the BBQ Chicken pizza. So we ordered that and the Pickle Pie. Both were amazing. This was a few weeks ago. Yesterday we ordered again. Got the pickle pie and the Cubano pizza. Absolutely delicious. Their was a slight mix up with our app order and they went above and beyond. Great business and owner. Would definitely recommend. Food is amazing!! read more

Consistency & taste of microwaved Elio's. The basic margarita was doused in sauce, undercooked & soggy. Couldn't even lift it off a plate! Won't order again. read more

We've been coming here since the day after we moved into Atlantic Highlands, just over 2 years ago. Have always ordered pizza, of various kinds, and have never been disappointed! SO, I thought I'd order a Tuna Sub and an Antipasto salad, two items that sound simple but aren't always made well. They were amazing! Fantastic tuna salad on a really tasty sub roll, and an awesome antipasto: crunchy romaine lettuce, yummy banana peppers and some delicious ham, salami, and pepperoni. Service is always top notch. Owners and their team are always so welcoming when you walk in. read more

Great little pizza spot that also has a bunch of sandwiches and other lunch items. Something about the crust/dough just has a ton of flavor! They do a few things a little different that are great if you like a change on your pizza like their famous pickle pizza or how they use shredded chicken on pizza versus the traditional cubed pieces. Great atmosphere and customer service is on point. The owner, Brendan makes you feel right at home from the second you walk in the door. Free delivery to many surrounding towns and its prompt and pizza arrived hot & fresh! read more

Over done pizza tasteless sauce. Needs salt and more basil. The sauce tasted like just canned raw tomatoes reduced a bit. I can't believe they let a burnt pie leave their shop. We ate it because we were starving. Not worth the calories. Many other really good pizza joints to order from in the area. read more

An absolute welcome addition to our pretty sad and limited pizza scene. They've refreshed the space of 1st Ave. Pizza and it is modern, nice and clean inside. The service is top notch, they are always friendly on the phone and in person, never that usual pizza join answer "Pizza Place" with the expectation you serve them your order, you can almost hear the Julio's employees smiling thru the phone. I appreciate that. But, the food. Let me start with other stuff. The empanadas, who knew a small pizza joint would have delicious empanadas. The beef ones are outstanding, chicken were good, but the beef, delicious. The sauce that comes with them is also excellent, it's good for your pizza crust too! Last night we ordered wings, and damn, awesome wings. Another thing the town is missing, good, simple wings. Julio's has it, a little spicy though, but I love heat, so if you don't be careful. The dipping bread, pretty basic, but good, the Parmesan garlic sauce is good. The garlic knots we haven't tried because at $5 a little pricey for knots if you ask me. The pizza, it's very good. They serve real size pizza (their XL), for some reason places in this area's large are the size of most places mediums. I like real size pizza. The crust is solid, not overly salty. The toppings have always been good, they used crumbled sausage which is always the better option. The sauce is good, I think it needs just a pinch more oomph, maybe more garlic or salt? But, it is good. The buffalo chicken pie was good as well, they used shredded chicken, which my wife loves, I prefer cutlet, but it is still very good. Monday and Tuesday, two large pies for $20, that's a solid deal! They don't have online ordering, but I don't fault them for that it's a small operation. I am glad they're in town, it's now our go-to. read more

Ate 2 slices of pizza here so far and i liked it. I got the mushroom and the one with peppers, onion and mushrooms. Bought other flavors to bring home as well. The dough is thin and crispy. It's not chewy. The toppings are very simple and the menu is very straightforward. Nothing too extensive. Just a simple, affordable and good pizza. I had better but they are pretty decent for what it is. They do have something different which has pickles in it. I wasn't that brave to try it but maybe next time? Glad they opened because this town needs more restaurants! read more

Best pizza ever! Great fresh ingredients. Plus everyone is always so nice! Highly recommended.

Overall: Julios serves a mild, "refined" pizza; they seem to use higher quality, fresh ingredients. We have ordered their largest pizza three times for takeout--each one different. The toppings and crust marry well. All the pies we ordered were balanced, and not "loud" if that makes sense. Crust: can vary a little--would describe as nicely thin, dark and toasty. PRO: the best crust around for me, as this crust is not overly salted or sodium enriched like most pizza crusts i have encountered locally. Don't change it! Toppings: All combos were delicious and mild. The garlic was fresh, not bitter, and there was enough of it--not too much. Their toppings are applied judiciously. (They don't use alot of italian spices--you can ask for them I am sure.) Not a highly oiled top either...Again, ask for more if you want...The mozzarella melted into a creaminess--not rubbery and oily. We love Pomodoro Rosso pizza as well. It is a completely different pizza than this one. read more

We love Julio's. It's a solid good slice. During the covid shut down they were amazing. From their pizza kits to their prompt friendly delivery. The only thing that's annoying lately is the new diner next door has their one table so close to Julio's that he had to take away one of his tables. Must be annoying to have rude neighbors. Ohh forgot to mention that Julio's empanadas are delish! read more

The pickle pie is so delicious! And they definitely have THE best garlic knots ever. So far all of the slices I have had have been delicious! And the staff is very friendly and make you feel at home! Love their famous pickle pizza. Sooooo good. Their anti pasta salad is the best ever. We are regulars.

We go here pretty often now. I like the food and they are super friendly. They seemed to have issues with the oven as sometimes it was coming out burnt, but over the past month it seems that they have this issue resolved and now every pie has been good. The pickle pizza, as weird as it sounds, is really good! The empandas are excellent as well. They have a Deer Hunter arcade game that is free which the kids like when they are here. read more
