I pulled the pins and cards out of my fence and called the number on the card. After confirming that the person I was speaking to was Richard, I asked him in a friendly voice to please not do that in the future. RICHARD in a arrogant tone stated, "YOU ARE BOTHERED BY FIVE BUSINESS CARDS ON YOUR FENCE!" I responded, "This is our property not yours, why do you think you are intitled to an attitude?" RICHARD," I don't have an attitude. You are the one who is bothered by five business cards!" I HUNG UP ON HIM! I WOULD NEVER LET A MAN WITH THAT ATTITUDE OF ENTITLEMENT INTO MY HOME! He had a heavy smell of alcohol but I trusted he could do the job. When I went to see what was going on after few minutes, he had cut it short and on an angle. He then recorded a message that his phone was lost. B.S., I called minutes lather, his girlfriend answered, said he left the phone in the car and went ride his motorcycle, she was driving the car back when the phone rang. Finally after like a week or so he decided to tell me he wasn't going to fix them. 2-3 years forward I gave him another try on a water leak we had and he gave me every excuse so that he wouldn't have to go and at the end he said he would. When we hung up I decided to find some else as he didn't seem to want to work. I gave up and decided I would never call this man.
