We are both satisfied with her and her staff, as they are caring. They also have a website where you can review your charts, stats, make an appointment, etc. The only downside of the practice is she stays overbooked and your have to wait up to an hour past your appointment time. This is fine with us, but for some who have to get back to work, they may have a problem. I have seen her come out and take someone who is limited on time back to the exam rooms. All in all, I like her and her staff, and the care we are given exceeds ones we have had in the past.

She may occasionally be running behind but I know it is because she is listening and taking time not to overlook anything with her other patients. I don't feel like a dollar sign to her, she makes me feel welcomed and I believe she truly cares. I trust her so much I recommended her to my oldest son to her who is also in health care and he shares my sediment that she is a very good doctor. I do have to reschedule my appointments more than I like due to work conflicts and her staff is always able to help with my scheduling challenges.

She thoroughly examined my aunt, and prescribed some medication. I am a registered nurse, and I was most impressed! I'd highly recommend this urgent care!!

No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.
