On 27th December, I sent an email to follow up on the order as still nothing was delivered and customer service replied in a very rude email and no apologies Just one sentence stating it is very busy period we could not guarantee the delivery date. December 30th, still no delivery....my brother calls for me and was advised that the baskets were wrongly delivered in British Columbia...HOW??? the delivery address was Quebec!! Meanwhile until today, January 15th I never received any follow up nor apology email from the company advising me where my order is located in Canada...if it will be delivered...I requested a refund as these baskets were supposed to be Christmas presents and it's long past Christmas! The company declined and told me it was not their fault and it will be delivered one day.....I would never order from this company again and wouldn't advise anyone to do so as they don't have any customer service and just want to take your money! I kept all the emails and intend to share my experience out on social media to prevent this situation to happen to other honest people like me....very disappointing!

Heading over, I spoke to Maximo who was the staff member who answered the phone. He helped answer a few questions and upon arriving continued with excellent and respectful service. Needless to say the surprise gift given to my friends (only at dessert time) went over tastily, as the cookies were slightly warmed before serving. Only enough remained for a few in each school lunches. Now that's one way to make the other kids jealous. Can you tell, I'm quite excited about this ultra clean and modern store opening. It's located fairly centrally with respect to the West Island, but worth making a special trip for what we grew up craving as kids... so now the tradition continues.
