Julie's is a huge bakery chain dominating the Metro, maybe even the whole country. And I guess I would know why. They provide customers with cheap but delectable baked goods that you would crave every now and then for merienda after that hot day's work.
This particular branch has been around my place for a long time now. Like maybe around ten years or so. I've been buying breads of this branch since it opened, actually.
My two most favorite stuff here that always runs out on me are the "Sweet Heart" bread (that I can get for 12 pesos) and their Pudding. MAN, that Pudding. It's just hard to believe something super awesome as that baked goodie costs just...wait, I don't even remember how much a Pudding costs! I just give like fifty pesos and buy how many that's worth! I don't even care, I just want those pudings now-- *runs off*
Okay I'm back. With pudding.
Just one note though, this Julie's branch had a lot of reports of pickpocketers taking advantage of the customers here. Evil knows no bounds, my dear Yelpers. And you have to keep watch of your stuff while buying here, or anywhere for that matter. read more
