Everyone who knows me, knows that you can't really talk me into eating bread (see what I did there?) but it's definitely easy to talk me into Breadtalk (if you still missed it, leave your name and I will pray for you). It used to be the thing to bring back home from Singapore when they haven't opened their doors in Manila yet, and my favorite then, is still my favorite now, The Fire Floss; a soft bun smothered with egg creme (and no, immitaters, it is not mayonnaise, so just stop trying!), topped with spicy dried pork floss that is just so amazing, I have to stop and reconsider my life after my fourth piece in 15 minutes...after which, I go on again and just reset my counter. No one's watching anyway. Don't like spice? Get a life. Or just get the regular or cheese floss. They have a lot of other breads and even cheese cakes that are supposedly good too (to my sister: write a review on those please) but I never bothered myself with them again, because the floss, is the...well...(can I say that here?) read more
