I would recommend Erin for any real-estate sale or listing. It isn't often that you find a realtor who listens to the needs of the client and gets the job done. I trusted her advice completely and we were 100 percent satisfied! Even after the sale was finalized, (with no benefit of her own) she continued to help me with various needs that needed to be addressed about the move. Thankyou! Erin!

Some people simply have the tools needed to be a successful real estate agent and Bridgette…read moreRobertson is definitely one of them! We had initially listed our Brownstown house with another agent at a different real estate company but we became very unhappy after two months of not not even receiving one offer on our house even though the market was white hot, and every other house in our subdivision had sold within a matter of days. After speaking with others that had sold their houses it became evident that our our agent had promised us the world but had failed to deliver. After sharing our concerns with our agent it became quite clear that it was time to find a new agent. Fortunately, this was the point at which Bridgette entered the picture and things became much better from that point on. She is very engaging & has an outgoing personality, which is needed when working with people to sell their home and find a new one. Also, she always took the time to listen to us and explain everything in detail. Unfortunately, we weren't moving to a new house just a few miles from where we were currently living. Rather, we were moving to an area that is 40-60 minutes away but closer to where we both work. Nonetheless, she always made time to drive from the Monroe area and meet us in Farmington Hills after work to view homes. Some nights, we were out until 10 pm, and we looked at a total of 25 houses before we finally found the right one. However, not once during the entire time did she complain about the drive, the hours, or try to rush us into making a decision about a house. Rather, she was always very patient and on several occasions she helped to relieve our frustrations and fears and reassured us that we would find the right house. Bridgette was always a pleasure to deal with and made a stressful and sometimes frustrating endeavor much more bearable. Lastly, Bridgette knew how my wife and I were feeling and the struggle we were going through as we moved from a house where we had raised our kids and held so many memories for us. So, at closing, she surprised us with a beautiful framed sketching of our house that she had asked a local artist to create. How awesome is that! My wife and I can say without hesitation that we recommend Bridgette Robertson to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent!

Whether you are selling or buying real estate, we highly recommend her! Lou is exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, honest, prompt and straightforward. Lou is very resourceful, reliable and extremely attentive. She has integrity, commitment, and a huge heart, which are qualities we never expected to find in a realtor. We knew the moment we met her, we'd found a gem and felt the utmost confidence in her expertise throughout the entire process. We had bought our home through her many years prior and recently contacted her again to be our realtor to sell it. She was honest about and laid out the challenges we might encounter with selling our home, although it sold far ahead of time expectations and all went perfectly with her at the helm. Lou kept us informed about everything along the way. We felt as if we were her sole clients and main focus. She is also extremely helpful when it comes down to getting the nitty gritty done to prepare the place for showings and how to get the highest bid during a time when the market is so slow. We felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted that she would steer us right. She even got $500 more out of the seller for us on her own when she went back with our counter offer. She gives 110%. She is extremely detailed and patient! We really can't imagine getting any better service than we received! Lou is OUTSTANDING and deserves 100 stars!!!! No matter what your needs in real estate are, Lou will guide you the whole way through the process with the utmost care and professionalism! If we ever need a realtor again, Lou will definitely be our choice!

Rebecca owned the house with a fellow realtor and were "flipping" the house after they purchased it on a foreclosure. We have since discovered that Rebecca and her fellow realtor purposely hid thousands of dollars in damage from pet urine and feces. We've spoken to neighbors that explained they had seen hazmat teams coming into the house to remove the waste and a carpet company to come in to further hide the damage by using "odor ban" padding and new carpet. I would never trust Rebecca or her company to purchase from and I will ensure I tell everyone I know about her shading business practices.
