Rebecca owned the house with a fellow realtor and were "flipping" the house after they purchased it on a foreclosure. We have since discovered that Rebecca and her fellow realtor purposely hid thousands of dollars in damage from pet urine and feces. We've spoken to neighbors that explained they had seen hazmat teams coming into the house to remove the waste and a carpet company to come in to further hide the damage by using "odor ban" padding and new carpet.
