Recently, my brother and I stopped in to look for a gift for our brother. It was just before the holidays but the store itself wasn't busy. When we walked in, it looked like the two people working were having a casual conversation with some friends who had stopped in. I mention that because we were completely ignored. No "Hi". No "What can we help you with?". Nothing. My brother and I wandered around and couldn't find what we were looking for and of course, no one came to offer their assistance so we left. It is incredibly frustrating to not have good customer service or any customer service. Stores like Brunk's bank on repeat customers and local business but now that Teamworks is just down the road, they had better step up their game. We ended up at Teamworks and got exactly what we were looking for. And for a better price with customer service!
