Poor experience. The work was fine, but the customer service was very, very poor. I paid on date of…read moreservice, but 2 weeks later received an additional bill for over $100 due to the plumber forgetting something on the first bill. When I called to ask about this, the owner explained it was for a part that cost that much - however, the plumber had quoted it at $80 when he was installing it. At no point were prices clearly communicated for parts or labor. Apparently, they start billing you as soon as they start driving from their previous client - which I have no control over how far away that is. The plumber complained under his breath during most of the appointment and never introduced himself to me. The owner shrugged me off when I called and asked for more transparency in pricing moving forward. Would not recommend.

But,…read moreunfortunately since Ray took over the business from his grandfather, the service has changed. After my last spray service, I had bugs within the first month. I called to ask for return service since this company always vocalized that they would come back within 6 months of the last service if bugs returned. My appointments were missed by Ray 2 times in a row, then neither Ray or Ashely would not answer the phone for over 4 weeks. My wife used her phone and Ashley answered right away and stated she would call me but did not. I finally spoke with the grandfather and initially he was surprised at what had occurred and said he would investigate. The grandfather called me back and said I needed to find a new pest control company since they did not want to service Metamora anymore and my $235 payment would not be refunded even though they guarantee their service. I strongly do not recommend this company and also determined later that this company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau.
