Horrible experience with Rachel years ago. She was referred to us by family member who used her to…read moresell their home She was hard to contact, rude, and then proceeded to bash us to another realtor (who happened to be a close friend) and lost our business. Steer clear and contact Kristie Weber for a fantastic STC agent!

Disappointing and rude experience. We bought and sold a home…read morewith this office. However, it must be said, this office uses 2 different realtors, 1 for buying and 1 for selling homes. The relator who handles the buying portion, Dawn, is AMAZING. She was very helpful and thorough and we felt that she was looking out for our best interests and wanted to find a home for our family (all things a relator should do anyways, she just excelled at these things). We were extremely pleased working with Dawn. Now the selling portion. The other relator, who is the head of this location none the less, delegates much of her clerical paperwork to her receptionist, who is not fit to do her job or to interact with people. This receptionist was clueless in the multiple emails we sent her where she either #1 lost the email and then accused us of not sending the email at all, #2 called me by the wrong first name (like if I sign Robert and you call me Bob). Then over the phone she accused my wife and I of trying to deliberately prevent the sellers from seeing our house for the final walk through, which was not true. Her lack of professionalism, and common sense, is an unfortunate reflection on the rest of this office. For the actual selling relator, we were very unimpressed when everything was said and done. She texted my wife to tell her to try to convince me, her husband, that we should fix all of the items on the home inspection report, rather than what I wanted to do which was to omit 2 small items from the list. Not a smart move as the relator just came across as being manipulative and not caring what we thought or wanted to do as us being her clients and paying a large sum of money for her to represent us and our best interests.

It all started when Karen helped my parents sell their house in less than a day…read more.. I reached out to her to see if she'd be willing to come take a look at our house and help us determine what repairs and upgrades we'd need to do to maximize our sale price while minimizing time on the market. She was happy to help and her advice was spot on. We procrastinated and took our time getting our various projects done (that's how we roll), but Karen didn't pressure us, just checked in every few months to see how we were doing, even offering to come back out for another look whenever we were ready. Did I mention our house was in High Ridge? Anyway, about a year after the first visit, we asked her to come back out. Karen helped us make a few more decisions, and we finally landed on a "we'd like to be on the market by this date" date. Once we made it official, Karen listed our house--the pictures were fantastic--and we accepted an offer just about a week after going live. Karen helped us through the negotiation and inspection process too, recommending some really great (and affordable!) companies to do the work. Meanwhile, as our buyer's agent, Karen was ever-so patient with us as we looked at a bunch of houses, then suddenly revised our budget and looked at some more, then suddenly switched target areas and looked at even more. The absolute best thing was how great she is at identifying potential issues. It was kind of like bringing a home inspector along to every showing! We found "the one", made an offer, haggled a bit and yada yada yada, here we are, a year later, in our perfect house in the perfect area. We just couldn't have done it without Karen's help and expertise. AH-MAZING.

Karen is simply the best! We have sold and bought 2 times with her. She is attentive to the…read moredetails, and is VERY knowledgeable. There were multiple instances of details in the sale and closing that the other party's realtor was missing, and Karen caught them. That saved us time and money, and helped us to avoid headaches. Karen has a wide network of professionals to help you. From handymen to movers, she knows people to get you through the process of preparing your home for sale, listing it and closing the deal. This also applies to you buying your new home. I would recommend Karen to everyone I know!
