Interesting that it is served with mayo and not ketchup (but it is offered on the menu). Ketchup must be considered more of an American condiment here in Amsterdam. Fresh, hot and perfectly salted served in a paper cone with the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of mayo...not nearly enough, but that is if you like the taste of mayo on your fries and we did.
