After meeting Dr. Aghayan I felt a great level of trust and transparency and knew this is who I wanted to do my surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. I'm very impressed with Dr. Aghayan's incision work and attention to the female body. At about 3 weeks I was shocked how good I was looking. Swelling was coming down and I can see how Dr. Aghayan beautifully sculpted my back, hips, arms, and abdomen area with vaser lipo and enhanced my booty & breast area with a fat transfer. Dr. Aghayan also revised a lot of scarring from a previous TT/breast lift that I had done elsewhere. His incision lines came out so gorgeous. Everything is healing SO beautifully. I love the placement and look of my new TT scar. I also have a super cute belly button now. I was always self conscious of my previous one from my past surgey as it was an odd shape/ elongated. My belly button now looks very natural as it's healing and the incision around it is fading. A cute round and natural looking belly button is a huge confidence boost for me. I'm super grateful to Dr. Aghayan for my new body, and I'm super excited to see my progress as I continue to heal in the coming months. During that appointment, based on recommendations and suggestion by Dr Aghayan, but nothing pushed or pressured, I decided to add a BBL to the plan which involved enhancement to my rear by using the material removed from my own body during the Lipo. (Fact: It's like the golden magic solution. You either remove it and never use it or decide to inject it elsewhere and create a beautiful round posterior. I have to say it is the one thing I never knew I needed, but I am so completely thrilled that I did and I would've been disappointed if I didn't. It is amazing. Completely natural but perfectly enhanced and a confidence boost). When surgery date came, everything processed just as I had expected, smooth and easy from start to finish. Just as it was done before, everything was explained and I felt very in-the-know. The surgery staff was excellent and Samantha had made sure that I had all my post operation care ready to go. I never asked for this procedure that cost me $10,822.40, subjected me to pain and major swelling for 4 months and left me with an unsightly scar.
