From the first correspondence…read moreto the handshake farewell of our wedding, Ross and his team were the most professional people I have ever worked with. I've been in the entertainment world in Chicago for 25 years, and I don't want to work with anyone else ever again. Ross and the team at unMuddled were honest, fair, and went above and beyond to not only make us feel special, but make our guests feel special. unMuddled cultivated a specialized menu for our wedding, and worked with us not only on the menu, but also helped us figure out what alcohol to buy. They crafted specialized cocktails for both the bride and groom, and honestly stole the show in the best way possible: they didn't need any tending to. When I first reached out to Ross, I immediately felt at ease, and never once worried about how our wedding would turn out. Ross, I hope you read these reviews... I can't thank you enough for helping to make our wedding the night it was. You're the best.

We had an unexpected rain delay, which meant our guests arrived at the house early while the team was still trying to set up the bar, food, and everything else. I'm sure it was stressful behind the scenes, but you would never have known it. They stayed calm, professional, flexible, and jumped in wherever they were needed. Once the rain cleared, we were able to get everyone over to the park for our ceremony, and the team kept everything running smoothly back at the house. They were attentive throughout the entire party and also did an amazing job cleaning everything up afterward. Having them there allowed me to actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about all the details. I was so grateful for each of them and would absolutely recommend Carol's team for any special event. Thank you for helping make our day so special!

Not only was he great at the bar, but he also helped out by walking around with a platter asking guests if he could swap and refresh their cocktails. John is a true professional who treats others with kindness and care. What becomes a problem is that the owner committed in writing to provide a refund, did not issue one and then did not respond to follow ups regarding the situation. When a vendor agrees to issue a refund and then does not do so, that is an issue with business practice and deserves a negative review. I followed up for two weeks after the refund was promised and never received a refund or a response. *** The customer service is upsetting at best. I agreed to the estimate and then verbally and in writing was told they were taking a credit card just to hold the event. I ran into an issue with the event less than 24 hours after agreeing to the estimate and called them right away. The owner did not respond even though he had been quick to immediately respond before. The rep told me she would follow up quickly and didn't. They charged me 2 grand, never told me that they were and never sent a receipt. They then told me they would issue a refund and did not. They are now refusing to answer calls or emails. I need a resolution and they seem uninterested in providing customer service. Do not use them.
