We were extremely impressed with the company's professionalism throughout the entire planning process! From the staff who answered our emails to those that hung up the lights the day of, everyone was extremely helpful and assisted in making our special day run smoothly. We got married on a Friday and had the option to split the cost of the lighting package with the couple getting married on the following day-this was a great alternative that the company offered us! He brought an assistant to help, which kept things running smoothly. Priority Entertainment's owner, Jim, helped us determine the right package for our day and was very respectful of our budget. DJ Neil handled our wedding day, including an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner/dancing reception. Both are true professionals with years of experience and we didn't have to spend hours sorting through song lists as suggested by some other companies we considered. Neil was easy to work with before the wedding and provided advice whenever we asked for it. He made sure to have the specific versions of several acoustic songs for the ceremony and timed other special moments well. We did have a few bumps when a toast-giver was mistakenly introduced to give a blessing and the sound went out once during the ceremony. But the sound quality was perfect otherwise and Neil handled some tricky name pronunciations well. Thanks for making our wedding day fantastic!

Pre-wedding he was easy to contact, accommodating in when/where to meet, and took copious notes. We had a bit of a last-second bridal party emergency literally the night before the wedding and Jim easily and cheerfully made adjustments to announcements and such on the fly. During the wedding he managed to keep everyone on the dance floor with a great feel for the room. Before the reception got started he even saw me having a heart-to-heart with my 95-year-old grandmother, and noticing that the photographer was still outside, snapped some candid shots for us!
