Jannet was, without a doubt, the worst waiter we have ever dealt with. We came in for a simple breakfast, and somehow she managed to ruin the entire experience. The steak she brought out wasn't just undercooked--it was completely raw, like it had barely touched the grill. It was disgusting and absolutely inedible. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, Jannet acted annoyed that we even pointed it out, as if serving raw food was somehow acceptable. Then came the bill, which was the final insult. She charged us $30 for two chocolate milks and one apple juice--an outrageous amount that made no sense at all. When we questioned it, she didn't explain or apologize; she just gave us attitude. Between the raw steak, the ridiculous drink prices, and Jannet's rude, dismissive behavior, the whole breakfast was a disaster.

Cute diner vibes, the food is pretty good and fairly priced. The people here are also nice.

The best place to get milkshakes! The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the workers are super nice, friendly, and talkative. Definitely recommend the Oreo milkshake.

I love retro diners and visited Juke Box April 11, 24. I ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings. I was expecting a nice chicken breast on toast. I got what looked like chicken nuggets, but shaped round like a donut and cut in 4 pieces. I guess this would have worked had I ordered a regular bun, but I did not want the extra bread. The chicken nuggets were ok, but chewy. The display was appealing, but too messy to eat like a sandwich, so I used a knife and folk. Service was good; and the ambiance is of a retro diner with some needs of repair.

A lot of options (one could say too many options) to choose from. All day breakfast, Mediterranean, burgers, salads... just a lot. I settled on a burger with fries. All the food was just okay, really nothing to write home about.

Fun spot to go! My usual time is breakfast. I love the coffee here. It's strong and gives you wings! French toast is delicious, and actually that seems to be the theme. Also for the $, you will get good portions. That is important. It's a clean diner. Also the employees here are super. Every visit solid customer service. Parking is a cinch. Like the location, and that it's an eclectic place, compared to some of the areas boring restaurants. This one is fun, and that breakfast is still helping boost a tired man working. Thank you and happy holidays!

Pleasantly surprised. Doesn't look like much from the outside but my food was great. Big menu with lots of options. Have to try the loaded home fries with cheese, peppers, onions, and sausage gravy. Wow. Give them a try for sure - solid breakfast option.

Great retro style, Elvis nods everywhere. Overall, it was clean, cheap, and the food was good. I got a basic bacon and eggs breakfast for $14, happy with it. The service was very attentive and friendly. However, my food took a while to get out (despite it being a pretty slow Tuesday morning).

Juke box Diner is a gem! Food - they have a decent menu, primarily American food, burgers, sandwiches, steak entrees, salads etc They also have kabobs. Prices are optimal, given inflation, their menu is very affordable compared to similar American restaurants. Service - the servers are efficient and nice. They take orders, serve the food and make sure everything is ok. Ambience - they did some renovation this year and upgraded the juke box (it's digital now). We also recently found out the extended area behind the diner, which is surprisingly large and new. We love coming here!

We have been coming here 4 times during the last month, obviously because we really like it for good food, good services and good price. Compared to other restaurants or diners in Fairfax county, we had the best milk shake so far. Their Reuben sandwich and TLC are really good (bacon is always crunchy each time). Services are always great, super friendly and attentive and so is the ambiance with good 50s music

It has been many years since I've had the time to stop by Jukebox Diner, and I am glad to see that it is as warm and welcoming as it ever was. Some restaurants make you feel almost like you are a burden for them, but not here. Every member of the staff is friendly, providing the neighborhood atmosphere that has been lost somehow in the age of big chain restaurants. Jukebox has the classic diner decor and an expansive menu spanning from all day American breakfast to sandwiches to burgers to dinner platters, with even some international dishes here and there. Prices post-COVID have skyrocketed at many restaurants, but Jukebox has somehow kept the increases (if any) reasonable. My recommendation is that you share some of that savings from eating at other establishments with the server...to keep this local business running for many more years to come! On this visit, I ordered the Graceland Breakast Combo. It was the perfect option for me as I was both hungry and indecisive...so, many options in one :-). The scrambled eggs (mixed with cheese on request) were better than many places as they were packed with flavor (a sign of using quality eggs) without milk filler to artificially fluff them up. The meats were all top notch...although their bacon is not quite the "Goldilocks Bacon" that I seek at Breakfast spots, it was pretty solid...more crunchy than chewy. The pancakes and French Toast were also solid and filling...like grandma used to make. I will definitely be returning soon...even if just for a cup of coffee or something, it's nice to go somewhere where you are made to feel at home.

There only seemed to be one or two waiters in the whole restaurant and we were checked up on maybe once after receiving our food, even though it was shockingly empty. The food itself was good, rosè tteokbokki was spicy and texture was perfect. Kimchi pancake was also crispy and had a good ratio of batter to kimchi, but it was pretty bland and definitely needed the sauce. Kkanpungi was decent as well as the buddaejiggae and prices were fair. Drink pictures may be misleading so make sure to look at the description! Anyways the whole experience felt like we were just eating in the dark with quiet background music. Don't expect anything for birthdays either. Anyways would go back for the food but extremely lacking ambiance wise.

But driving by on weekends, and seeing the crowds bursting out the door, we deferred visiting the Vienna Carnegie Diner. Instead, on our first time, we came midday on a weekday and there weren't that many people and we were seated immediately. Overall, service was fine, though a bit in disarray because we had two different servers ask if we were ready to order. We both ordered the very good Chicken Salad sandwich. It's huge and really makes for two meals. It comes with very decent fries and an excellent side salad that has been drizzled with two different tasty dressings. We saw lentil soup on the menu, and if it's like the lentil soup at the Carnegie Diners in NYC, I highly recommend it. We absolutely will be back.

As it appears in a photo in the menu. I did not receive a bowl. I received an espresso sized cup of chili for $15.95. And lots of tortilla chips. In all honesty this appetizer should be called "a plate of tortilla chips with a spritzer of chili on the side.
