I sent an e-mail about my dissatisfaction, but it was to the wrong store at the mall I had visited. This wasted a month of time after trying to reach their district manager on the phone for weeks. I had left the shoes that did not fit at the rack room (what am I going to do with shoes that do not fit me). I got in touch with the store(rack room) in e-mail but they could not confirm my purchase because their system could not find my order receipt. I provided a bank statement to prove I bought these shoes with my debit card, but this was not enough to prove I bought shoes. One month after I bought these shoes I was told on a phone call to go back to the store and "see if anyone maybe remembers me" so I can get the shoes and take pictures of them to show their condition. This is a huge hassle and a waste of my time because odds are a retail employee one month later will not remember my face, enjoy my $76.64 donation because I was done after this. I will go elsewhere and I recommend you do as well.

The store has signage directing you to the contactless Amazon Return counter. No need for a return label, box, or tape. They box it up and send it back for you, so convenient. Staff scans the return barcode sent by email with no questions asked. I received a 25% off coupon to use in store. Winning. Eventhough I never plan on shopping I have used the coupon everytime. I must say I have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's in general but this location is one of my favorites.
