I finally got around to going there one night with the intention of sitting in or participating in a class. This was after Sam invited me to do so. He said he was away, but go there and see if I like it. So I did. I got there about ten minutes early abd there was a middle aged woman teaching a group of younger students. During a break I briefly introduced myself and explained that Sam had invited me. She said I could not participate or even watch and I had to leave right now. Really abrupt and borderline rude. So I left. I texted Sam and described what happened, less any editorial comments. He said I'm gonna have to wait then until he gets back. That was about 10 weeks ago. Finally, just recently, I deleted Sam's number. Why go where you are not welcome. Why beg to spend your money and contribute. I have no idea how well or not they teach there, or the atmosphere, so I can't comment on that. I can say they treated me like crap for no good reason. From a customer service and human relations pov they such. Grade as far as treating new customers and prospects. D.​​​

I enjoy the workout, the focus of learning a new discipline, and the skill building required to master each movement. I recommend the annual membership which allows you to attend any number of the classes that you're eligible for. We currently attend 3 to 4 times a week. You can also join on a month to month basis, which lets you attend two classes a week.

The instruction was not motivating and after four tries I could see that this program was not the right fit. I politely contacted the instructor, James, to inform him of my dissatisfaction and was completely shocked at his disrespectful manner. I told him that his classes were not the right fit for me and that I would appreciate a partial refund, but he responded by telling me "there would be no refund, I was the problem". Not only is this unprofessional, but very demeaning to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals. A normal coach would be understanding of the need for different techniques, and James was a HUGE bully.

We have been going here for over 2 years and my son loves it. My son is on the Autism Spectrum with Pervasive Development Disorder. Basically his a genius but not athletically inclined. The Sensei, James, has taken the time to work with my son and we have seen him blossom into an amazing student. He has moved up in rank 3 time so far. He doesn't progress as fast as the other students but that's okay. James sets the standard of what is expected and sticks to it. James instills confidence and accountability for all the students. My son attends class twice a week and gets a 30 minute private lesson before class 1 day a week. Prices are very reasonable.
