The receptionist was really nice, and she tried to help a few people who walked in the door, complaining about, not getting paid or not having enough jobs so she did her best taking care of them, which was really good. The man Nika who is taking care of us was nice, but he didn't seem a whole lot knowledgeable of what he was doing, but he did what he did and he got the job done. I saw a few employees walking around. I didn't really see them in action though doing what they do so I can't really give a whole lot of information about here.

I had so many incidence with the aides.They were so non professional ,poorly train,just a warm body,very rude.They had no respect for old people.Upon many call in to the company no one can out to check.The aide were always on their cell phones.I had to keep close watch on them.I walked in on one aide refusing to give my mom water.No older person should have to live this way.I believe my mom would still be with me,the trauma from the fall got her.
