He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. I called a popular towing service in town for help but they said the wait would be 3 hours. I didn't have three hours to wait so I went online and found CAP Towing. Jason answered and told me he would be out in half an hour. He personally showed up and brought jumper cables to restart the battery. Jason went above and beyond in helping me with my car issues. At first, I was in a parking garage with a clearance height that no tow trucks could get under. Jason stayed on the phone with me and went through possible options to help get my car situation solved. He also helped provide possible fixes and was able to get my car into neutral and get it out of the parking garage (which other tow companies said I wouldn't be able to do, etc.).
