I drove to the closest gas station and saw Jason in his tow truck. I ask if he knew a place where I could get my tire repaired and he said not on Xmas. Then he offered to help me. He tried to fix the flat with this liquid spray, but it would not seal. Then he got my spear and changed my tire. He nor his associate would take money from me. This guy was eating diner when I interrupted him. I told him that I could wait, but he insisted on fixing my tire. Jason is a real hero.

He took pictures of my car before even connecting so just in case there is a claim he can pull his pictures. Even though most likely nothing will happen on the way to the shop it is always a good idea to take pictures. I contacted my insurance's Road Side assistant told me to expect a call back from the provider. I was ready to wait a long time, but All Ways towing called me within 10 minutes and they were already on the way. It was a super seamless experience and they took my car to my mechanic of choice. As stressful as the whole Car stopping in the middle of the bridge was, at least the tow part was great and reassuring. I hope not to have to call a tow again, but if I do, I will use them again :P

My brand new Jeep (6 days old) was rear ended. My work schedule is crazy and I had a hard time making time to get it to their shop. They gladly came and picked it up from my work and took it back to the shop to begin repairs. They worked with the insured party and we didn't have to deal with it. That called me a few days later and told me it was ready. My husband (a car guy) and I, went to pick it up. He checked it out really well. He crawled under it looking for any imperfections with the repairs and found that it was truely repaired as it was never in an accident at all.They replaced all bad parts with OEM parts. They did exceptional work on my Jeep and truely can't tell anything ever happened. Struggling with the other insurance party was a real pain. But dealing with Platinum was a real treat and these guys here know exactly what they are doing. Hands down. Not ideal but fine. 4 and a half hours later, my girlfriend and I are calling them to ask for updates every 15 mins because it is getting dark and the map is showing that the driver we were assigned is only driving FURTHER AWAY. Then our calls started going straight to voicemail so I assume the dispatcher or office worker was fed up and was intentionally screening our calls. In the end they NEVER came, we were forced to abandon the car on the side of the road until the next morning when we submitted a new request to a different company who was there in 45 minutes. Their dispatcher has been nasty and rude over the phone, and has promised the owner would contact me repeatedly, yet he STILL hasn't. March 12- Vehicle towed. Side skirt on passenger side securely attached prior to the tow, and missing upon arrival as evident by the photos provided by Holy City Towing. March 19th- Email sent to Holy City Towing including photo evidence and request to talk to them about how to recoup these damages. March 20th- friendly phone call to make sure my email was received. Dispatcher informed me that the owner was not going to be in the office until Monday. March 23rd-called Holy City Towing at ~1:30pm asking for the status. Dispatcher said "He's on a call right now, then taking his kids to the dentist, so he may call you tonight, or he will call you tomorrow." March 24th- Called Holy City at ~2pm. Dispatcher immediately caught an attitude and says "He knows about it and is looking into it and he will call you." March 25th- Called Holy City ~2:15pm requesting the tow companies insurance information. The dispatcher then yelled at me that "We don't give out our insurance information for $300!" and she slammed the phone down hanging up. March 25th- I look up their DOT number (DOT 3465624) in FMCSA. According to FMCSA their insurance lapsed on March 7th, and they re operating without insurance. Do not trust this company with your vehicle if you want to avoid going to court over it.
