I've never tryed Juice It Up before. Always been a Jamba Juice person but after going to this location let me tell you, The staff was wonderful and helped me pick out the right drink for me since I was a newbie. The drinks were incredible, so after trying this place out I am totally going to be a regular now. New Owners Tony & Noemi were a excellent help. Very kind and humble people to all their customers. You will definitely be seeing me again read more

I was a little disappointed that the owner of the store was not wearing a mask. Additionally, many people came in without a mask on. This made me nervous and I was anxious to get my smoothie bowl and leave. read more

Always friendly owners are very helpful and accommodating! This place is always extremely clean. Raw Fusion is my new drink of choice. ....I absolutely love it and it beats Jamba Juice Tropical Greens on nutrients and taste. ...hands down! read more

Juice it up! Gotta hand it to this place; every time I stop by here they are never busy but they must be doing something right to outlast some of the other businesses that have dropped out over the years (Boston Market, TOGO's, and Papaya Bay I'm looking at you). Yes, Juice It Up! Started after Jamba Juice so it is somewhat of a clone of sorts, but who really cares? I know I don't. In all honesty, I prefer Juice It Up! over Jamba Juice anyway. Others must feel the same as there are plenty of locations scattered throughout the IE and there are two JIU! locations to JJ's one in Redlands alone. They offer some food items like oatmeal and such, but I don't come here for that. I'm all about their smoothies (and they also offer "raw juice"). They offer several different kinds w/ my all time favorite being their Melon Madness. All of the smoothies I have tried have been refreshing, although personally I wasn't a big fan of the lemonade one as I found it too tart. Each smoothie comes w/ a free boost shot (immunizer, fat burner, etc.) and they charge extra if you want more. One seems fine imo. Service has not been very negative or positive here for me. They take your order and then make it for you. Pretty basic; neither anything bad or outstanding in the customer service aspect. Once the gal behind the counter gave me the wrong amount of change back, but mistakes happen and I'm not citing them for that. All in all, this Juice It Up! doesn't do anything above and beyond or horribly wrong, and that's alright. Their smoothies are quite tasty and I'll be back for those. Don't forget to sign up to their email club to receive news and special offers. read more

This juice it up is very clean and they make the smoothies very quickly.. I think they could do with a little more welcoming attitudes from the employees, they are not mean or rude by any means but they really have no warmth either read more

This is my favorite place for smoothies. The owners here are very supportive of the REV Football program! Every year they donate water for our snack bar and sell smoothies at our varsity games on Friday nights. The staff is always friendly and fast. They are an important part of the Wildcat family and our community! read more

Tony and his staff are super friendly and helpful! I tried the evergreen and it was delicious! It's a good investment on yourself to stop here instead of a coffee or fast food joint. I've turned this into my regular stop now. read more

I cant believe the owner/manager of this place would allow for one person to man the whole place. Poor girl was working her butt off to help over 15 people all by her self. I waited over 30 minutes for my drink. Not the girls fault because she was trying her hardest to push out people's orders but there was just no way! I'm soo surprised that she didnt make any mistakes because she was so overwhelmed. This place really needs better management. read more

Our order was forgotten and the worker was off putting when they made the drink. The drink itself was good, but the service was bad.

We are really enjoying every drink we've got here. TONY is always around, helping us with big smile. They are patient with our picky orders, and make our drinks on point!!! We went to another location in redlands on Alabama St. Every time they are disappointed, overcharging and mess up with our drinks. If you want to enjoy your drink with a peace of mind, here is where you belong. read more

Love this place..good if you're on the go, they're quick! Convienant location My favorites Lime Congo...great service too! read more

Owner (I think?) doesn't wear a mask. Asked him about it and he shrugged it off then made my smoothie without wearing a mask. Friendly guy but wtf? I come here alllllll the time and now I'm thinking I better go to a different location. read more

This location goes above and beyond. I needed a large quantity of smoothies (around 130) in a short span of time (3 days) and this location was able to do it. Not only did Tony deliver them earlier than expected, but him and his daughter stayed around to help serve the drinks when I had only expected them to drop the drinks off. They wanted to make sure that people knew what was in the different smoothies, which I really appreciated. I had called other Juice it Up! locations and this location was the only one that was able to accommodate for the large order. I am very grateful for the exceptional service and the smoothies were absolutely amazing :) Thank you, Tony and the rest of the team, for giving us a great experience! read more

Had a bad experience here last week. My son dropped his smoothie and the owner looked upset. I apologized and tried to clean it up. I feel as an owner you deal with all kinds of people. I truly felt like she seemed pissed off that I even gave a 3 year old a smoothie. She didn't even ask to replace it. I would have said no but people will remember how you feel and she made me feel like it was all my fault. Maybe bad day? Idk read more

If I could give this fake juice bar 0 stars I would...What store doesn't honor gift cards??¿? I went ordered my smoothie than when I pulled out my gift card the Older Gentleman told me he can't take it because apparently his machine is broken. So when does a Juice it up not take thier own gift cards and hes unable to do anything about it....WOW NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.... BEWARE ITS A FRAUD Juice it up read more

Best service I've ever had anywhere. Tony and his wife are extremely nice, and have even stayed open late for me to make me a drink. Awesome service, delicious drinks. read more

Ordered a couple bowls (via DoorDash) and they were not as I was expecting! The toppings were not correct, and they used frozen blueberries as the toppings. They should really list that as I hate frozen fruit! It seemed that the pictures have fresh blueberries, not sure what happened there! Also, the strawberry they used was old and tasted bad! Not sure what's happening there but you guys need to do some quality control! Very disappointed! read more

I just have to share what a spectacular customer service experience I had this past Saturday here at this particular Juice It Up. My boyfriend had purchased a Groupon for Juice It Up, and while it said participating locations, we had no idea it would be so hard to find a location that would honor the Groupon. After visiting two locations and being told they only accept the Juice It Up App, I was very frustrated with those locations and Groupon. We were in Redlands and decided to try this location, hoping for a different experience. We had no idea how different it would be! We walked in and it was clear that the energy was very jovial and pleasant. There were a couple of young girls behind the counter that we could see and a family sitting at a nearby table. We asked the young girl who greeted us if they accepted Groupons. She peered around us and asked her Mom, who was sitting at the table with the family. She said they did not and so we thanked them and started back out the door, now becoming a familiar routine. We had to walk down the hallway and about 10 feet from the door, a gentleman called to us and asked if he could speak with us for just a moment. He explained that he and his family had just taken over ownership of that particular location. They were in the process of trying to accommodate guests who have different apps. While he explained that he and his wife use Groupon also, he was not familiar with the particular Groupon that we had purchased. We told him that it was a Groupon that we paid an amount for, and for that amount, we would receive five separate five dollars off a smoothie. They could not be used all at once or even on the same day at different locations. You could only use one a day. He told us he would go one better and give us a "Buy One Get One Free" deal. He let me know that we should load the app so that we could accrue points and invited us back in to take him up on his offer. We went in and ordered two large smoothies, of which we paid for just one and the other was free. They were quick and the smoothies were delicious. It was what we were in the mood for and I have to tell you that I was impressed by his attitude and eagerness to win a customer over. I let them know that we would visit them whenever we were in Redlands. The owners names are Tony and Naomi. They were very friendly and certainly know what outstanding customer service means! Tony and Naomi, thank you so much for a wonderful customer service experience! We will see you again! read more

Made only 1 of 2 smoohies that I ordered. They forgot to make my second order, and made me wait a long time for the other one. They were rude and did not even apologize. Horrible customer service. read more

I went here a few hours ago because i remembered the suggestion i got from an employee.. her name was Valerie and she was such a sweetheart !! I had never been there and didn't know what to get but i wanted a something with lots of protein because i was going for a workout & she suggest an amazing tasting smoothie that gave me so much energy with all the proteins i needed !! Will definitely be going back before more workouts like today to get that drink and hopefully see her kind soul !! read more

Terrible service overcharged me due to my (juice it up )coupon book. I had a coupon for two med smoothies for 8 and he charged me extra because of the type of smoothie I had order wow really. Won't be spending my money there any more. Further more they never offered me any boost. The younger gentleman told me the smoothie I was ordering was nasty. However it turned out to be quite healthy and delicious. and ask his opinion I don't care for his opinion read more

I love their smoothies and açaí bowls! The lava flow is my particular fave. They are always so consistent with taste. When you walk in, it smells great. Just like fruit and fresh ingredients. The owners are really friendly and always give good recommendations. read more

I would give just half a star if I could. Went in today for my lunch to get a quick acai bowl. Went in and they didn't greet me. The guy just sat at the register looking at me. So I asked him how he was and made my order. He randomly told me that there were no strawberries included in the bowl. That was weird... But I asked for the granola on the side and he just stared at me. And asked how I wanted that. I explained that I was taking it to go. Didn't want it to get soggy. Didn't think hat was such a problem. So he grabbed the other lady working there and they were both discussing the issue murmuring. She smiled and asked if I wanted the granola in a smaller cup on the side. I said yes. She proceeds to go make the bowl and tells me she can just put the granola inside an it would be ok. I asked for it on the side again, politely still. They just looked at each other as if I was the most bizarre customer. And so she set my order on the serving area and don't say anything. So I said thank you nicely and left. Waste of time and money. Not coming back to this one again. My acai bowl didn't taste like anything. And it was completely melted by the time I got to my car (20 ft. Away) read more

I love the smoothies here but the last time I came I ordered a mango smoothie. The Smoothie tasted more like strawberry and was pink . Not if they messed up or gave me the wrong drink read more

Juice it Up broke my smoothie cherry years ago and I've been coming back ever since. This location is the closest for me, hence my review of it. I've never been dissatisfied with my smoothies here. Strawberry Wave and Congo Lime are my mainstays. Still need to swing to other flavor branches but I just might on my next visit. I highly recommended this place if you're ever in a need of a cool and delicious treat. read more

This place has pitaya fruit bowls! That alone is 4 stars! I haven't seen any places that have pitaya bowls in Redlands yet and I was craving it big time. It's a sweet and refreshing treat. I'm skeptical it's healthy because it tastes too good. Staff is kind. Univ of Redlands discount too! read more

Kudos to the store owner for emailing me after my review and apologizing for the service. I applaud owners that do that

Similar to other juice it ups I've been to. Customer service could be better. This location was understaffed when I came. Longer wait than anticipated, but my order was good. They don't promote or accept the points card. Yup, they have a points card for all of you who love Juice it up! Ask about it at the San Bernardino location (near Home Depot). read more

I love this Juice it Up! The owner is incredibly friendly and makes my smoothies perfectly. Other Juice it Ups have a problem with making my peaches chukny but not this place! I go here whenever I can! read more

I wouldnt even give one star. this Place sucks. Smoothies have no favor. Owner is rude as shit. I will never go back to this location. They give out coupons but don't honor them. Then has attitude. Take my advice and stick to Jamba Juice where they have good customer service, know how to make a smoothie to recipe... And actually speak English lol read more
