I had a nice experience here. I was nearby and was itching for a sweet drink that was also filling! They have a lot of good options here I tried the blue bird drink since it had a lot of my favorite flavors and toppings like oats and blueberries! Although this wasn't listed as a meal replacement drink it definitely was filling and I didn't feel hungry for lunch at all. Overall location wise it's right in downtown so I don't think it's worth driving to this specific location it's more if you're walking nearby. I have never been before so I asked for some help deciding what smoothie I should get considering what I was craving and they recommended "Divine Start". It was okay, no big "whoa" factor. There are a couple of bar stools that overlook the street and a few boxes or stools to sit on in front of the window on the street. The place is clean and bright. I ordered the Tropix smoothie which is Watermelon Apple and Mint. All in my top 6 fav ingredients. The smoothie is very delicous. One can taste the freshness of the ingredients, it really tastes like I'm drinking straight out of a watermelon! The apple adds a delicious sweetness to my smoothie and the mints kind of cuts it a bit so it balances well. Maybe could could use a bit more mint. Looking for a small and healthy afternoon snack before our highly anticipated dinner, we landed on Juice Crafters because it was close to our hotel. We met a couple friends here, not realizing it was so small and there wouldn't be much space to hang out without being in the way. We opted to share the dragon fruit bowl and the hemp seed green tea, and our friends each had the alkaline tonic #13, after being told that they no longer offered the activated charcoal lemonade. Our dragon fruit bowl was really tasty, and was way bigger than I was expecting it to be. It had almost a creamy texture to it, which was super tasty. I especially loved the almond granola and the crunch that it brought in contrast to the other textures. We didn't realize that the hemp seed green tea was caffeine free, or that it was pre-bottled. Neither of us loved it, but it was fine. Our friends said they enjoyed their juices, but it was definitely heavy on the cayenne (this coming from two people who absolutely love extra spicy foods). Juice Crafters did their stuff well, I just wish there had been a little more description on the menu for each item. The service was quick but fairly curt. My review is probably closer to a 3.5. read more

This will probably be the last time I come here. I only come here when EarthBar is closed anyway. Which is still usually twice a week. Service is so slow that if they went any slower they'd be going backwards. I tip at least 15% on my one or two smoothies and no one ever acknowledges it. And they continue to offer subpar service. They are all timid and uncommunicative and make it seem like you're bothering them when you're ordering. I order a muscle builder and sub out the protein powder for açaí. We can never seem to get this right. I just paid extra for the substitution but it wasn't made correctly. It should be an even swap for the sub because the protein powder is menued as an add on for a higher price than the açaí. So to reiterate, I paid for it, didn't get it made right and paid extra. Dope. Last time they barely blended the thing and 50% of my smoothie was still whole frozen blueberries. They never answer the phone. Consistency is 1/10. Get it together. I finally made it in here after almost a year since I came across this place. Açaí bowls/smoothies are my favorite things to snack on, so when I saw what Juice Crafters was about I had to make my way in. I, of course ordered the Açaí Protein Bowl, it was very reasonably priced at $9.99. The serving size is very generous. It's topped with fresh strawberries, banana slices, granola & coconut shavings. Only thing I was bummed about was he forgot to put almond butter on it (which I am pretty sure it said it came with) but I'll just make sure to double check it when I come back. It was so yummy !!! I can't wait to come back tomorrow morning for the smoothie version!!! This is definitely my new go to spot. Parking is convenient. There's 1-2 parking lots (pay for parking) located near the place so it's easy to get to. It's located next to an ice cream place called Little Damage which is on of my fav places as well. The space is tiny, the service was great, and the quality of my bowl was perfect. I judge a bowl by the taste and texture of their Acai because that's the most important ingredient. ACAI - BRAZILIAN SUPER BLEND ($9.99) - Acai, guarana, almond granola, almond milk, banana, strawberries, and coconut flakes. The Acai blend was perfect... Didn't have that fluff and slim from mixing in bananas and you can taste the Acai Berry. The texture was smooth like sorbet but of course a little more liquidly but not thick like a milkshake. No discrediting the juice or products of this business, I'm just shocked by the people running it. Earlier today I went to the store to make a purchase of a few things. My total came out to $44.50. With only one $50 bill two 20 dollar bills and two one dollar bills no matter how you cut it up I was not able to pay for my juices. Either the $50 bill was not excepted because they don't except currency that high or my other bills left me $2.50 short. Being a regular at this establishment I was sort of pissed at the fact that they embarrassed me and told me that I either had to take items out of this purchase or go back and get my credit card. Hopefully they come to their senses soon and change their policy before the rest of their clients come to their senses and just go to Whole Foods. Horrible customer service. The girl by the counter (aug 23rd around 5:30pm) was very rude. She didn't wear a cap, her hair was all over her forehead. After paying she told me to wait outside though there was no other customer there. I didn't trust she will follow the sanitization rules with her hair all over, so I asked for a refund.
