His performance was full of practical jokes and magic tricks with lots of hilarious gaffs along the way. He finished up by sculpting balloon swords, hats and animals for each of the children at lightning speed (and while wearing his clown gloves no less). What a legend! We hope to see you again someday BJ!

When I said October they replied they are not booking out that far in advance. I emailed and left voicemail still asking for a price quote but was ignored. I'm thinking this person does not want to be hired. So I play their game and wait until July. Again I contact asking for a price quote. I receive a response that they are booked for the rest of the year. This person REALLY does not want to be hired. So sad.

We hired Cha Cha the Clown for 4 hours to be a wandering clown at our first Midway Fall Festival…read more I had no idea what she would be doing since we didn't schedule her stage time, but she convinced us that she would entertain our guests. To my surprise, I kept seeing Cha Cha engaging people in little and large pods everywhere. She engaged young children balance plastic plates on tall sticks, wave very large ribbons around in the air, join hands for circle games....... Cha Cha also walked around on stilts and did cool things with those long ribbons. She was everywhere. I received several comments from vendors who observed Cha Cha working very hard and bringing smiles to Festival goers. She is very professional and very worth the price. Cha Cha is a SE Portland resident and also has a very musical husband and teenagers. We also hired her husband's band "7 Bridges"

He seemed a little gruff at the time but I suppose making balloon shapes can do that to you so I wrote it off. I dont want to say to much but I just want people to be careful out there. The "costumes" are insulting including plastic grass skirts, plastic party city lei, and fake, poorly done hip belt. Even without the costumes, the way this was done was extremely offensive, and if one doesn't know what they're doing then it's insulting to both Tahitian and Hawaiian culture. I can't speak to anything else, but if you need Hawaiian or Tahitian dancers, find a real Kumu or Ra'atira instead of people cosplaying a cultural and sacred practice. This was an eyesore of a performance and is an insult to any Pasifika person.

I attended an event today where PNW was present, and my experience was completely ruined by one of…read moretheir staff members, BLANCA. What I witnessed was shocking and unacceptable -- she yanked a toddler by the arm simply because he grabbed some sand. The child was visibly terrified. If sand is too messy for staff to handle, it should not be provided for kids to play with, but under no circumstance is physically grabbing a child appropriate. Later, Blanca yelled at my own child for "drawing on the table," even though the table was already covered with orange crayon when we arrived and my child was using a blue marker with the cap still on. I explained this to her, but she continued to act harshly toward my child. This level of unprofessional behavior is extremely concerning for anyone working around children. I strongly urge PNW to review this incident, provide proper training for their staff, and reconsider who they have supervising children's activities. Families should feel safe bringing their kids to events like this but today, we did not!!! Please let me know who I can talk to about a formal complaint as grabbing children that are not yours is not ok!!!
