I had specifically asked to receive a photo before delivery since we were ordering from out of town, but never received one. My friend sent me one after delivered. Afterward, I reached out privately to Jensen with feedback and never received a response. Had there been some acknowledgment or effort to address the concern, I likely would not be writing this review. I'm sure they may do a better job for local customers who can see arrangements in person, but based on this experience I would not recommend.

Florist said it was delivered to funeral home at a certain time but funeral home has no way of knowing when or if it was delivered. No one can tell me where it was delivered. Florist said they couldn't do anything and now I am out over $100. I feel really bad that I tried to do something really nice for this dear family as I now live out of state and could not be with them and now we are out this expense and our friends never received anything from us.

They were so patient about avoiding flowers that are toxic to cats and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Even though they don't typically carry dark or gloomy arrangements, they worked with what my daughter loves -- sunflowers and the color green -- and created something truly unique. They added little green gems to the sunflower centers and tied it all together with a giant green bow. My daughter was over the moon when she received it. Not only that, when a burgundy flower was ordered, and it was unfortunately unable to be grown at this time of year, instead of calling and asking what else could be brought instead of this flower, she brought bright red roses. Literally no roses at this wedding, so they stuck out like a sore thumb. Thankfully, the cake decorator had brought decorations and was able to fix that mistake and a parent of the bridal party was able to go to the store for the missing item on the order. Just save yourself the stress of going here and find a better option for a florist for your big day.
