I reached out more than two days in advance because I wanted to send a floral arrangement directly to a funeral home. After searching online for options nearby, I came across Park Floral and decided to give them a call to clarify a few details before placing my order. When I spoke with the manager, Michael, he told me there would be a $25 delivery fee to the funeral home. I then asked how much delivery would be to my home, which is only three blocks away, and he quoted me $15. This immediately raised a red flag, since the website clearly advertised free delivery. When I questioned this, he paused and then said, "It doesn't entail anything, I can just deliver it for you for free." Based on that, I told him I would go ahead and place the order the next day for the Friday service. The next day, I checked the website again and noticed all the prices had suddenly increased by $15. While that alone was frustrating, I still called to finalize the order. At that point, I was told to call back in an hour because he was busy. I proceeded to call back five times and even left a message. I never received a response. For something as important and time-sensitive as a funeral, this level of inconsistency, lack of transparency, and poor communication is extremely disappointing. I ultimately took my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

She helped me choose what kind of chuppah, size, and floral decoration. She patiently listened to what we wanted, allowed me to send example photos and sent me sample photos to be sure we were on the same page. As we got closer to the date, Lea worked with the wedding planner to tweak the delivery, set up, and removal. Best of all, as I became more of an anxious mother-of-the-bride, she spent time on the phone with me, patiently reassuring me and walking me through exactly how everything would go. I really appreciated how understanding and non-judgemental she was. The chuppah was perfect and the delivery and removal went totally smoothly. I highly recommend!

They were kind enough to reach out to inform me they do not have a smiley mug but will do their best to find one. I wasn't upset about it or anything and also let them know if they couldn't locate one, i can option for a heart or something. Luckily, they were able to locate a smiley mug anyways. The effort and customer service they have provided me all these years since 2019 or 2020 until now has been phenomenal. I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff does! I'm really glad this florist is open again after the fire a couple of years ago. It would've been a…read moreshame to lose them, because it's one of my neighborhood spots I rely on when I'm having people over and I want to freshen up my living room, or when it's my Dad's passing anniversary and they usually have a really nice selection to choose from. The owner is so attentive, kind, and very caring and the guys who work there are great too. If you're not sure what to get, they'll help you put something together that looks beautiful without making it complicated. Whether picking up something simple for your home or ordering flowers for someone else, the arrangements always come out lovely. When I visit, I leave with something I'm happy with. I love to support them, and hope they stay around for a long time.
