I bought it last month and then a few weeks later on the night of the wedding I put it on and realized they sole me a dress with a hole in it. I asked the business to exchange it but the owner refused even though I was sold damaged goods but I could not eat the $62 I spent on the dress, that is too much for me to throw out new clothing. I found this shop and the tailor was very kind. He told me to come in and said the dress would be ready the next day, less than 24 hours later. It was $10 and looked perfect. I cannot even tell where it was ripped. He saved me two hours of my time plus gas money if I were to have returned the dress to Fenton. He found a new customer, and now I know where to go when he need alterations or anything fixed. I highly recommend this place.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

Not only did she ruin her gown, Shelly also lost my sisters wedding veil. Do not bring anything here! Shelly is disorganized. She is unhelpful and doesn't know how to communicate with brides to be. In the many fitting appointments with my sister she never once had her sit down to see how the dress feels. The dress was taken in too much in the waist which made the strapless neckline bow out/not lay flat and caused the boning to buckle. Shellys solution was to sew on a halter strap to hold the dress up. Not at all what my sister had her heart set on nor imagined. Shelly refused to take responsibility but instead blamed my sisters body shape and the store that sold her the gown saying they never should have told my sister the dress could be altered to fit her well and securely. If Shelly thought it couldn't be done then she never should have agreed to do the work!! Unprofessional! It was an awful experience that lead to many frustrations, stresses and tears. Shelly reimbursed my sister for the cost of the veil (even though she denied losing it) and the cost of alterations. But what is my sister supposed to do about the cost of the ruined dress?!
