On my most recent visit, there was a line about 3 people long to check-in and the appointments were about 40 minutes behind. It's difficult to accommodate a variance like that when I'm scheduling around my work schedule. The staff were friendly and didn't appear overwhelmed, though, and my nurse practitioner was as knowledgeable and personable as always. She helps me to make informed decisions and prepares me for future visits. Check out and scheduling is always a breeze.

Little did I know that answering yes to that question meant I would be double billed for my annual + a doctor's visit. $600 in total. For 15 minutes with the doctor. I have no problem with paying an additional fee if I actually have a plan. Instead I was given "Let's do these tests and then come back to discuss them." I.e. Another doctor's visit. At $400 a pop. Plus, I had the privilege of being charged a $25 supply fee for the pelvic exam. Violated twice, AWC. Needless to say, I'm no longer a patient here.

I arrived to the appointment early and after waiting past my originally scheduled appointment time, they then tell me that the records I brought had to be looked at beforehand and I would have to reschedule or wait IN PERSON for 2-3 hours. I opted to reschedule however they did not have any times that would suit where I wouldn't have to take work off again for 2 more hours. They provided me another number to contact a scheduler. Upon contacting the scheduler, they told me that it should not take 2-3 hours to upload my previous records and have them looked at. The scheduler then advised me to go back in and retrieve my records I had provided them with as I had rescheduled in a different location. When picking up my records from the original location, they stated that my records had been uploaded and that because it's now 25 minutes past my appointment time, that they would not be able to see me. So essentially, I could have just waited for them to upload (which seemed to have taken ~2 mins total) and the doctor could have reviewed them after taking a new ultrasound? The front desk staff clearly do not have any clue on what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE! They will waste your time!!

When I went back for an appointment after my delivery they said I didn't make an appointment even though I had a card with my appointment date and time. Even during my delivery my delivering doctor got impatient and decided to do an episiotomy when it wasn't necessary instead of oh, I don't know.. Using lube?! I started going there during my second pregnancy in 2014 and the same thing, when I got really sick and dehydrated they made an appointment time for me to go to the Washington hospital to receive fluids because it was getting bad. Well, the nurse in the office seemed to forget to send the scripts that morning, the hospital called 3 times and they said they'd fax them.. Never did. The office closed and the staff got ahold of a doctor in the hospital who gave them the back room number for the ob office and they got ahold of them and FINALLY got the scripts almost 2 hours later! I would not recommend to anybody. I transferred to Dr. Bulseco and associates in McMurtry and went to St. Clair for my second after that. Amazing group of doctors there though.

I went in for my 8:15 appointment 7 months pregnant, got to the window to sign in and was asked my name. Gave her my name and stated that I had at appointment at 8:15 to which she replied "No you don't, that's tomorrow" Now for all I know I could be wrong however that is not the proper way to tell someone that they do not have an appointment.
