I've visited La Poblana more times than I can count, so I've tried almost everything on the menu. Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, they have it all. This visit, I ordered the Chicken Burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. The burrito was incredible. La Poblana does an incredible job of balancing out each ingredient. There's never too much of each ingredient. It's always just right. The guacamole is so flavorful and tastes amazing with anything you could possibly buy. One of my favorite things about La Poblana is that you get to pick what salsa you want with your meal. I always get a side of both the mild green salsa as well as the spicy red salsa. Both of them are delicious compliments to your meal. Finally, you will never have better customer service. The people who run the La Poblana truck are so incredibly friendly and kind. Every single time I order, I am greeted with a huge smile, and they take such pride in serving their delicious food. If you are in the Bloomington, Indiana area, go check out this truck. The thing that amazed and attracted me the most about this business is that they are a perfect example of farm to fork....err, straw. When sharing their story with me, they told me how they visit the market to gather fruits, honey, etc. and cook down the fruit at home to create these ridiculously (in my words) delicious concoctions that pair with club soda.
