I chose to work directly with them instead of going through a third party to have some high-end fleeces and vests embroidered with our company logo and they turned out absolutely beautiful. One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! Customer service is a foreign language at this store. It started when we went in to pick out fabrics, that part was fine, but when we had decided to go ahead with ordering it just got worse. My fault, I should have recognized that the dot matrix printer that has not been made for 20 years and the DOS based ordering system may have been indicative of inclusion into this century, It took over an hour to actually do the order, they didn't seem to care. We opted to have them come out and do the measuring ($120 charge), this occurred within a week or so, then we waited, and waited, and waited. In the past I found custom drapes to take 3-4 weeks, this order took 10 weeks, anytime we called to ask about the status, we were told that "someone in the back" had the answer to our question and she would call us. We never received a call. Finally when they did get here, the installer realized that they were 3" too short (Luckily they did the measuring not us) and had to be remade. So here we wait, no one calls us back, no idea of what is happening, and dealing with the rudest salespeople of all time and paying far more than other place for the privileged, So again, how are they still in business? I have no idea given their abysmal customer service. Avoid this place and find other vendors.

With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I was provided my tracking number and TODAY, a little over 24 hours later, my jacket was delivered. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!
