Thank you Joseph, for taking care of my slow-draining bathroom sink! He's incredibly responsive and communicative. Don't fret, if you're not onsite, he's still super responsive and kept me in the loop the whole way. I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). Besides this small job, he told me he does construction projects and can provide a variety of home service quotes too. Another plus is he delivered the receipt promptly afterward. Highly recommend! read more

Joseph is the best, most responsive, and at short notice. The estimate was in the ballpark and fair! I highly recommend JSO! He covers North York and beyond. I called from Los Angeles to help my parents, and Joseph answered my call; he is the best. So Joseph did a fantastic job with his trusty and multi-talented assistant Dave! My mom loved them both! Edit, updated my review: Spoke to Jospeh at 647-201-5805 and he said he can provide the service in my condo on Wednesday July 2nd at 9 am. There was some miscommunication so he could only come by 6 pm instead. At which point though, he was responsive and explained what would work and what wouldn't. He had all the mats ready to go and provided me with an invoice prior to starting the job. After finishing the job, he also fixed a kitchen faucet. He really did a great job and I value his work highly. read more

Joseph was super responsive. I had an emergency window leak during a snow storm. His partner Mike came the next day and fixed up everything. Left it all neat, educated me on what the issue was and took videos/pictures of the work/progress. Thank you!!! read more
