Called me and said the work was done but when I arrived only the block was done and they said that someone would reach out about the head once they were done going over it. I called two months later and they told me that someone should have reached out to let me know the head needs parts. I brought the parts in and about a week later it was done. The day I picked the head up, I noticed the new camshaft I brought them had been cracked. They told me to bring it back in which was a 30min drive across town. I get there and the tech told me he didn't cause it and it was my problem. Also ran about 50% more than local competitors

Within minutes of me dropping off my car they had it in the bay and we're already working on it. Within a few hours, I received a phone call and an email with pictures on what needed to be done. They said they could fix it that day and it was super reasonable. The week before I had taken it to another mechanic who looked at it for 15 minutes and wanted to charge me $600 more than Urban Auto Care and told me they needed to keep it for three days.
