I picked up my gooseneck trailer and needed a forklift to lift it a couple inches to get it up and over lip of the truck bed. I asked them for help, waited 30-minutes and called them to see if they were coming with the forklift-I was told they did not want to get the forklift stuck in the dirt parking lot and they were trying to work on a solution. After another 30-minutes of waiting, I used my 4-ton jack, some blocks of wood, and a lot of luck, I was able to lift the trailer enough to clear the lip and lock it on the ball of my truck-WITHOUT THEIR HELP!!! Each day after the 5th day when we were able to reach contact with Don, he made promises that our vehicle would be ready the following day, and of course it was not. 2. Don informed us that the repairs to our vehicle took so long because once they got the transmission apart their were many other things that they had to fix and he wanted to take his time to make sure it was done right. However, he did not fix our vehicle properly because a month later the seal on the transmission started leaking. Yes we are still with in the warranty from the repairs Don's shop did, but we do not trust his repairs and don't want his shop ever touching our vehicle again. So we have taken our vehicle to someone else that will repair our vehicle the correct way. 3. Don bragged about how he has 5 stars in the reviews from previous customers. Don and his office clerk were very consistent and aggressively telling us several times to go online and give them a 5 star review.

Short Summary: Don't go…read more I brought a custom built, hand-signed, numbered-edition car here to repair some hood/bumper damage. This was a "few week job". These people tried to return the car to me, twice, with damage still so visible that I could see dents and mis-aligned body panels from the lobby without even going outside to look closely at my car. "A few weeks" turned into almost 5 months of me constantly having to ask for updates. The end result (3rd trip) is poor. The paintwork is not good. I can still see orange peel / flaws and fisheyes in the paint from where they did a mediocre job, and the bumper is poorly aligned. When taking the car out in sunlight you can see a "blend line" (black car) in the middle of the hood, where they didn't even paint or correctly blend the whole hood. At best, 2 weeks were spent waiting for parts (a bumper cover). They took a pristine collectable car, stored it in a filthy part of the shop so long that it had to be detailed, and in doing so, while "cleaning" it, they scrubbed one of the signatures of the builders (known names) off one of the engine covers . (response when challenged: "well, at least one of them is still there") After almost 5 months of having the car, they didn't find anyone in the industry to remake/replicate the emblems on the side of the car. I have an "IOU" from them that I am not counting on. Upon returning the car with fisheyes & orange peel in the paint, dimples in the bumper and a visible raw edge of a bumper cover, the owner stated "even new cars have that. I'm done f'ing with this car, it's just a Pontiac. Call state farm, I don't care". Needless to say, I indeed called state farm to let them know the car could not be finished by this body shop, and I was having the car finished someplace else. This job was so poorly done that state farm came out, reviewed the car and agreed to pay to have the car re-repaired someplace else. Don't walk away, run.
