The set was 28 years old and super comfortable. Many of the straps were worn and the powder coating was cracked and chipped. We really wanted to keep it, and Open Air chair repair offered a solution. This repair took 3 months, fyi. They don't ask for any money up front. It was one month longer than promised in the beginning which wasn't a problem for us. The delivery schedule wasn't easy to work with, but when I was upset, they fixed the schedule (had canceled us twice) and brought it right away. These are the reasons they don't receive 5 stars. The shop is located in Littleton off of Belleview, offers pick up and delivery for a fee. There are many choices of colors for your repair.
