Phil is the man I'm most involved with on the little projects I present him. Without exception, my experience has been to walk out feeling so appreciated and supported in whatever job I ask for assistance with. Highly recommend them Thank you all, Bill

The most well known place in the area was scheduling appointments in August! Contacted J&E and was told they could have it done in "about a week". Price was probably in the lower mid-range of others. Dropped off my seat on a Thursday and exactly one week after, I got a call letting me know that my seat was completed! Went to pick up my seat and it looks fantastic! Fair price, quick turnaround compared to others, great results, and a fair price; I will definitely refer people to J&E.

He followed up with a confirmation call the day before to make sure that my schedule had not changed. He was extremely professional and courteous. He told me his tech Ralph would be the one coming to the house to do the work, so I had a name to go with a face prior to him getting here. Ralph and his co-worker arrived early for the job and got to work immediately. He explained everything that needed to be done and got my furniture and breakables moved with respect and caution. While doing the job, he should me how much debris was removed and I actually took a picture of how much came out of the ducts. It was amazing. He also explained how this buildup is not good for the furnace nor the home overall and that routine maintenance is key to making sure a home is healthy. The quote Mo provided me via e-mail was exactly what I paid as well. Overall, I was very happy with the service and work that was done and will be calling them again to have my ducts cleaned and when it comes time to have the carpet cleaned in my basement, they are #1 on my list to call.

Well, I have company coming to town and knew I had to get it done. I looked at competing companies and got astronomical quotes, and then even a 'quote' that said "we will do it for free" (yeah right...something is up). I just wanted a good company with a reasonable price. No nonsense. Mark and Monty Brown arrived early, got right to work, and did an amazing job. They were super professional, down to earth, hardworking guys, who have done this for 35-40 years (family owned and operated!). That's all I could ask for. My carpet looks great and I now have a carpet cleaner "in my pocket" for wherever we might eventually move to. Old-school good work. Hard to come by these days! Thanks Mark and Monty!

We were mind blown when the Ninja's arrived to do our air ducts and advised us they it was probably not necessary to have them cleaned and that we could likely do the service ourselves. Saving us a large chunk of cash!! While they were here we requested a estimate on our carpet cleaning. Because they were so AMAZING about our air ducts and treated us so fairly we felt it was only right to give them our business for our carpets. They did an absolutely wonderful job and were very well knowledgeable! Even while Harley was busy and focused on the install, he still took time to give us great ideas for audio after our TV went up. Afterwards he made sure to show both my wife and I how to use the mount. I would highly recommend Ellis Entertainment for whatever AV needs you need. The professionalism and cost cannot be beat.

Even though I haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in awhile I am still very particular when it comes to cleaning and how good things look. I gave Ted a fair warning of how I'm super picky and he was nothing but great when I talked with him. He reassured me that my carpets would look amazing and brand new after he was done with them. I'm so impressed with Ted. The guy was drenched in sweat by the time he was done! He did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough still! Ted got a bag lipstick stain out of my carpet.
