These guys are the Masters. Wait. Magicians. They weave magic. The new kitchen counter top they built and installed transformed my kitchen. And then they were like, "you will have left over material, we can use it to fix up your bathroom counter and also a pantry counter." They came up with that idea. Wow. And they also came in as the cheapest as all the quotes. They have teams of people that come in. One team comes in and removes the old counter top. Next guy comes in and cleans up. I strongly recommend J's Vision Construction. We hired Oron to repair our basement after it flooded - we asked him to replace our floor, drywall, baseboards, repaint everything, and also replace the vanity in our bathroom. In his bid Oron promised to start within three weeks, which was OK with us, but when he found out that we absolutely needed this work done before the end of the month for family reasons, he arranged to have the work started immediately the following week. His workers showed up on time every day (I couldn't believe it when they arrived at 7:59am on Monday morning) and they were professional and courteous. The work was all very high quality, and Oron even helped us select flooring after the flooring that we selected didn't work out. His price was very competitive, and much lower than some of the ridiculous bids that are out there right now. We undertook a full renovation of a 3 bed condo in Santa Monica, our first time owning and renovating a property. So, we were nervous about picking the right contractor, especially since we'd heard nothing but horror stories... We were recommended Oron by friends who had just worked with him, so put him into the mix of contractors we talked to. Oron came back with a mid level quote for the work, but the key difference was he broke down all the costs up front, others gave vague overall quotes. Throughout the work Oron was always responsive, professional and a very pleasant person to work with. My contact with this contractor started out as a quote to remove a tub and build a walk-in shower. Oron's price was extremely competitive, so we had him do this work as well as removing all the popcorn ceiling from the entire condo and painting everything. Oron and his team did our bathroom. Unfortunately we did not start our bathroom project with Oron and his team. They came in to fix the initial bathroom demo and mistakes of a previous contractor. Oron was always professional, stayed on time and on budget. Like any home project some things come up. For example, I had ordered the wrong tile, Oron sent one of his team members to go pick up some more tile for me. The electrician hung the lights too low and Oron had the electrician out the next day to fix the mistake. Once the bathroom was finished I loved it. I'd give Oron six stars if I could. He literally saved my butt after an expensive shoddy job by unlicensed contractors (I'll never make that mistake again!)
