In addition they prey on customers, lie to them often, and promise things they cant deliver. I was promised my service would be locked in at $75/month for life. Then they start charging me $114 a month, refuse a refund and say my contract ended. Each time I call customer service more lies are spewed, my time is wasted and I never get back any of the money that was stolen from me. I was not on a contract and they took more money than they should have. Awful place. They didn't listen to me, they offered other services and tried to lie about their mistakes. Awful business practice on their part. F*ck xfinity.

He did so that n front of a witness. Laying makes the contract null and void. I canceled the contract because of the fraud but SafeHaven wants me to pay over $1600. I am suing SaveHaven and ADT. SafeHaven refused to provide me with the address so I can serve them with court papers. It's ok there is a way around it. Don't use SafeHaven or ADT they are liars and thieves.

Stay far, far away; total nightmare!…read more Door to door salesman (Michael) sold us a deal that did not materialize. Was told I would get a discount via my insurance that doesn't exist, was shown a hardware/price list that differed from the techs list (according to the tech manager this by design, attempted upselling), hardware functionality was misrepresented, and issues with install process because of a lack of communication between sales and tech departments. Between all of the discrepancies I knew I wanted out, and the salesman had told us there was a 6 month money back guarantee, so after less than a week I tried to cancel, only to be told the guarantee only applies to hardware faults. I apparently had missed my 3 day grace period to cancel (not disclosed to me by the salesman) by 24 hours, and now am locked into a 3 year contract I don't want after being sold a service that was misrepresented to me on multiple levels for less than a week. Even the techs and ADT corporate expressed complaints at this dealer culture of predatory sales tactics and lack of service. After telling me that it wasn't worth his time to fully explain the way the cancellation systems works when we were signing ("You're only a small percentage of what we deal with") the salesman Michael is now ghosting me and multiple Safe Haven customer service agents have told me to kick rocks and refuse to help/escalate. This is clearly a well oiled machine. Buyer beware, don't give these people your time/money!

From beginning to end, Gregg came out and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He walked the property with me, made thoughtful suggestions about optimal camera placement, and clearly knows his craft. His guidance made a big difference in getting the best setup. The entire process was seamless--paperwork and sign-up were easy, payment was simple, and everything was handled in a very professional and organized way. Installation day was just as impressive. The team was prompt, respectful, and extremely skilled. Their workmanship is clean and precise--no messy wires, everything looks polished and intentional. They even cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was excellent. They were responsive, clear, and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell they're very experienced, but also genuinely kind and unbelievably thoughtful in how they work with their clients. If you're considering wired cameras or a doorbell system, I highly recommend them. This is exactly the kind of professional, high-quality service you hope for.
