I had the ribeye, medium rare, with garlic parmesan fries and mac & cheese. The ribeye needed more seasoning and some areas that were seared/charred literally hurt my teeth to chew. My mom ordered the honey bourbon chicken & shrimp and she was sooooo happy with it that she talked about it for two days. My husband had the chicken marsala pasta with crispy chicken and he felt it had been sitting in the window for a while as it was barely warm. Now, we finished eating, got to-go boxes, paid, and as we were leaving the guys next to us that ordered right after us still didn't have their entrees, so there were definitely some issues with the kitchen that night.
