Sadly David you are not speaking the truth. I did originally cancel the first repair appt. And at…read moreone point did call the shop and ask to speak with Mike the original owner who I have dealt and trust over the years. After speaking with Mike, I CALLED BACK AND RESCHEDULED MY APPT. Yes I did tear up the invoice for that day since I was told by your front desk employee that they can 'try' and fit my car in their schedule, but since I was told the repair job would take possibly up to 3 days, it sounded futile to leave me car that day on chance so therefore, there was no need for an invoice for that day. Once Mike came into the shop, he did inform me that there was no way they could get to my car that day as they were already booked and apparently, YOU had removed me from your schedule. Apparently, your ego was hurt, how dare I do more research and ask to speak with the original owner. I don't see anything wrong with a customer being allowed to do more research before dropping lots of coin on a car's repair. Guess a long time customer isn't allowed to question YOU, whose background as I've been told isn't car mechanics. Good luck to you and your business. Once Mike is gone, so will a lot of your customers.

Was visiting family here in Clovis. My car axel & wheel arm decided to break off in market parking…read morelot as I was driving slowly out of shopping center and BOOM! Sounded like my engine dropped. 300 miles from home it took a lot not to panic. I found reviews pretty good. Jack and Randy gave me great service and told me this is rare situation with my car, however repairable. They gave me an approx. estimate once towed in. It was going to take 3-4. Car was repaired in two days! I was ecstatic. Price seemed fair due to parts & labor. Work is guaranteed for twelve months. I am a happy camper with my car & service here.

I was having an absolutely terrible day when my 2015 Ford Escape clunked to a stop at a red light…read moreand refused to budge another inch. Roadside assistance asked for a destination, and with zero time to research, my brother-in-law suggested Sunnyside Auto Repair. Thankfully, they were just around the corner from where I broke down--and only a mile from home. I dropped it off Saturday evening using their super convenient drop-off form, then braced myself for a long, expensive week. First thing Monday morning, Randy called, got my info, and let me know they'd get to it as soon as possible, maybe Tuesday. No problem. Sure enough, Tuesday morning Randy called again--friendly as ever--and told me it was an easy fix! Not only did they take care of the issue that left me stranded, but they also finally fixed a problem with a rubbing caliper that I had complained about to Caliber Collision, Future Ford, and Midas. Every one of those places told me it was nothing and that I was "just hearing things." Turns out, I wasn't imagining it--Sunnyside listened, fixed it, and gave me peace of mind. They gained my trust by doing it right the first time, treating me with respect, and not charging me an arm and a leg. If you want honest, competent mechanics who actually care about their customers, go to Sunnyside. They turned my worst day into a huge relief.

Super in every way! Had 4 dashboard lights (Brake, ABS, VSC, !) show up on my 2004 Toyota Prius…read more Research on Google revealed I likely had an ABS module fail. Other symptoms which had been going on for a l-o-n-g time, were "chirping" when I would depress the brake while at a stand still , and a "whirring" sound, which apparently is the ABS module pump cycling on. Searched online for a mechanic who specializes in hybrid car repair. Happened upon Best Deal Hybrid Auto Repair and read positive reviews. Called an spoke with Hisham (the or one of the owners). He was patient with me, friendly, professional and communicative. He texted a quote to me within an hour. I called with questions, which he readily answered. The quote included a waived diagnostic (apparently, a typical OBD II reader won't assess a hybrid, regenerative ABS system). The quote also included a refurbished or remanufactured part (in efforts to save me money, this was proposed), but I stated that I preferred a new part for such a critical function as braking. He quickly obtained price with a new part, and sent me a new quote. I affirmed the quote. The very next morning I brought my car in. Within 4 hours my vehicle was ready (fortunately he stated that towards the end of the month, they are typically not as busy as earlier in the month, so I lucked out!)! Overall, the value was great! Per Google AI, "Replacing an ABS actuator and pump module assembly with a new OEM part for a 2004 Toyota Prius at a dealership typically costs between $3,000 and $5,200 total for parts and labor", but my bill was less than $3K, so a significant savings! I am so happy to have found an honest, efficient, professional and friendly hybrid mechanic specialist shop! Thank you Best Deal Hybrid! Thank you Hisham! (Just FYI: I will be posting this same post on Google as well)
