This is the best service for my car that I've ever had to date. Omar is prompt, professional, and has excellent craftsmanship. It was actually entertaining watching the process of him custom fitting a new flange and welding it to fit the aftermarket catalytic converter for my '02 Camry. The quality of his work is excellent. First initial conversation was professional and Omar said he can get the job done with the estimated cost and parts would arrive in two weeks. Its been 2 weeks and still no response.. so I started making calls and no response. It would keep ringing or go straight to voicemail. I thought that was odd for a business to do that. Finally on the next attempt to get any contact from Omar I had to ask my partner to call the shop. Guess what.... He answered on one ring! My partner gave him the questions that I would've asked and he knew who the car belonged to, then he replies," I'm at a appointment and I will give her a callback later." Again, I waited and no surprise.. he never called back. I called my insurance and told them everything that happened. I'm glad my insurance canceled the payment to them. So here's my advice, If you plan to go through Muffler King, I highly recommend you NOT to! Very shady and unprofessional! read more

Received a quote for a muffler delete, walked in the next day and they changed their price by $50 for the same car. They did not inspect the muffler to quote the labor, they just quoted an outrageous price. They were not willing to work back to their original price. Stopped by to get my exhaust hangers rewelded back on. Service was quick. However the work did not last a full week and the welding came apart. After further examining the work it look like all he did was weld in two spots and called it a day. Really shotty job and amateur like. Would not recommend. read more

Went here base on Yelp reviews. I met Sal which is a one man crew, nice guy. He was fair in his pricing and performed the worked I needed. I went to a few other shops that also had good reviews as well but they wanted almost double or double price, this was just for the estimate. I asked him about future work as well pertaining to welding and he also quoted me a fair price compare to other welders. This place is not fancy but it does get the job done for a fair price. When I was there we a few and one thing he said to me along the line of, I want to give people fair pricing but I also have a family to feed. That statement stuck out to me the most since I felt it told me something about his morals and beliefs. Honest pricing, honest work, honest guy. I normally don't take my car in myself to get it fixed, but this time I did. It's sort of intimidating as a female so I usually ask a male to assist me.
