Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. We asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in before the 4th of July since we were having people over, and at they time, they could not. However, when they had a cancellation they remembered that we were hoping to have the fence installed earlier and they gave us a call to give us a more suitable slot, that alone shows they're paying attention to their customers. These guys made sure we had all the right paperwork since North Richland Hills is very particular about fences especially on a corner home and worked to ensure we were following all the right rules and regulations beforehand.
