They must me working on a "big" insurance claim where they are ripping the insurance company. They should at least let me know that this is to small a job and we will not able to repair your roof but I can give you several companies that might do it, that's customer service. There are some good reviews, but that is expected, but see the bad reviews and you will read that customers also had this experience after they did the whole roof which was an insurance claim and under warranty, they took the money and went to the next insurance claim. One last thing, look at different website's for reviews and you will notice that they were insurance claims.
